1977 Browning, P35 Hi-Power Mark I, 9mm Luger, Semi-Auto, SN - 77C45821

Lot # 25

The Browning Hi-Power Pistol was introduced in 1935 based on a design by John Browning, and completed by Dieudonné Saive at Fabrique Nationale (FN) of Herstal, Belgium. T...morehe pistol is often referred to as an HP or BHP and the terms P-35 and HP-35 are also used, based on the introduction of the pistol in 1935. During WWII production was moved to Canada, as the Germans occupied Belgium, and this is where the name was changed to "Hi Power". The name change was kept even after production returned to Belgium after the war. The Hi-Power is one of the most widely used military pistols in history, having been used by the armed forces of over 50 countries. Browning P35 Hi-Powers were first imported into the US in 1954. After 82 years of continuous production, FN Herstal announced that the production of the Hi-Power would end, and it was discontinued in early 2018 by Browning Arms. However, in 2022, presumably to compete with the sudden surge in Hi-Power popularity, FN announced they would resume production of the Browning Hi-Power. This Browning P35 Hi-Power Mark I Pistol was made in Belgium in 1977 and features a 4.7" stainless barrel, two-piece checkered walnut grips, adjustable dovetailed rear sight, single action trigger and serrated spur hammer. This gun is in nice condition with light wear, has a sharp/ clean bore and appears to be in good working order. (A. Rex Winn Estate)

1993 Colt, King Cobra Enhanced (6"), 357 Magnum, Revolver (W/ Box & Case), SN - EC5524

Lot # 27

First introduced in 1986, the Colt King Cobra is a medium frame double-action revolver featuring a six-round cylinder. Despite its outward similarity to the Colt Python, ...morethe King Cobra design is based upon that of an earlier Colt Trooper MK V, improved with the addition of a heavier-duty barrel, full barrel length cylinder ejection rod protection shroud, and a thicker solid rib on top of the barrel. The King Cobra was discontinued in 1992, and returned to Colt's product line in 1994. Dropped a second time in 1998, it was not reintroduced until 2019 as a .357 Magnum. In 1993, although officially discontinued, Colt did offer a "King Cobra Enhanced", which was a stainless (STS) model with a larger cylinder latch, recessed muzzle, silver medallion stocks and a rampant colt stamp that was positioned much closer to the grip frame. This 1993 King Cobra Enhanced sports a 6" ribbed barrel with a full length lug, adjustable rear sight pinned to the channel, pinned ramp front sight with orange insert, black checkered rubber combat grips with silver Roaring Colt medallions, grooved trigger, serrated hammer, recessed muzzle crown and comes in original blue hardcase & box with manual. This gun is in same-as-new condition with no wear to speak of, has a perfect sharp/ clean bore and appears to be in good working order.

2009 Browning, BPS "DU" Nickle Engraved (28" - Invector), 410 Ga., Pump (NIB), SN - 15298MP121

Lot # 28

The reliability of the Browning BPS Pump-Action Shotgun starts with rigid, dual machined, steel slide bars, housed inside a receiver machined from a solid block of forged...more steel. The double slide bars eliminate twisting and binding for faster, more efficient operation. The BPS ejects spent cases out the bottom of the receiver so there is no ejection port on either side where a drenching rain can drip into the action, and the bottom ejection and top mounted tang safety make the BPS pump shotgun truly ambidextrous. It also sports a satin finished walnut stock and fore-end, and a matte blued barrel and receiver. A magazine cutoff eases loading and unloading when you need to change shotshells rapidly when encountering different species of game. A vent-rib mounted on the 28" barrel allows you to point naturally and swing smoothly, and the silver front bead picks up easily in subdued light. The BPS utilizes interchangeable Invector-Plus choke tubes, and a back-bored barrel for dense, uniform shot patterns that down birds at maximum shotgun range. This BPS is a 2009 DU Edition featuring a nickel receiver finish with scroll engraving depicting "Ducks Unlimited". This gun appears to be unfired in box with paperwork & choke tubes and appears to be in good working order.

1969 Colt, 1 Of 500 - SAA Lawman Series "Wild Bill" Hickok, 22 LR, Revolver (W/ Case), SN - 1191WB

Lot # 31

The Colt Single Action Army (SAA) is a single-action revolver designed for the U.S. government service revolver trials of 1872 by Colt's Patent Firearms Manufacturing Com...morepany and was adopted as the standard military service revolver until 1892. At the beginning of World War II, Colt ceased production of the Single Action Army revolver to devote more time to filling orders for the war. It was 22 caliber SAA that was scaled down slightly and was lighter than its bigger bore brother. A Third Generation SAA began in 1975, characterized by a change in barrel thread pitch and a solid cylinder bushing replacing the removable/replaceable part from the first and second generations. The Lawman Series was released in 1969 as part of the series to honor well known Western lawmen. This Colt SAA Frontier Scout (22 LR) 2nd Generation is 1 of 500 made in 1969 to commemorate "Wild Bill" Hickok. Remington, 11-87 "DU" Engraved Silver (28" - RemChoke), 20 Ga., Semi-Auto (W/ Chokes), SN - 06DU0166

Lot # 40

The Remington Model 11-87 semi-automatic shotgun, based on the earlier Model 1100, was introduced in 1987. By the 1980s, Remington had become increasingly aware of the ne...moreed for a autoloading shotgun that could handle both 2 3/4" & 3" shells interchangeably. This was particularly important for waterfowling where the greater shell capacity required for larger, steel-shot pellets had dramatically increased the use of 3" Magnum shotshells. To meet this need, Remington introduced the new Model 11-87 calling it "the finest, most versatile autoloading shotgun ever made, by us, or anybody else." The design of the new Model 11-87 included a large number of additional internal improvements to provide a "fifty percent increase in overall performance endurance," including a rust- and corrosion-resistant, stainless-steel magazine tube. This 11-87 Ducks Unlimited Limited Edition is chambered for 20 gauge and features a glossed walnut stock with diamond checkering/ fluted comb & grooved forearm, black grip cap with gold "RA" shield logo, brown cushioned buttpad with black spacer, 28" RemChoke barrel, serrated vent-rib with silver mid-bead & white front bead sight, silver action button, 14.25" LOP, chambered for 2 3/4" or 3" shells and comes with (3) choke tubes. Winchester, Limited Edition - 1886 Short Rifle, 45-70 Govt., Lever-Action (NIB), SN - 00252ZZ86A

Lot # 38

In many respects the Model 1886 was a true American express rifle, as it could be chambered in the more powerful black powder cartridges of the day, proving capable of ha...morendling not only the .45-70 but also .45-90 and the huge .50-110 Express "Buffalo" cartridges. During the early stages of World War I, the Royal Flying Corps purchased Model 1886 rifles chambered for the .45-90 Sharps cartridge with special incendiary bullets designed to ignite the hydrogen gas in German airships. The action was strong enough that a nickel-steel barrel was the only necessary modification needed to work with smokeless powder cartridges, and in 1903, the rifle was chambered for the smokeless high-velocity .33 WCF cartridge. This Limited Production Model 1886 Short Rifle features a deeply-blued receiver, barrel and lever, along with a matching blued steel end cap and steel crescent buttplate. The 24" barrel and classic straight grip Grade I walnut stock allows quick shouldering and has an elegant satin finish. The full-length tubular steel magazine holds six 45-70 Govt. cartridges. The receiver is drilled and tapped for the addition of an optional receiver sight. A top-tang safety, adjustable rear buckhorn style sight, and a gold bead Marble Arms front sight complete the graceful profile of this historic model. This gun appears to be unfired in box with paperwork and appears to be in good working order.

In 1911, the U.S. Army adopted the finest combat handgun ever fielded, the Colt Government Model of 1911, designed by John Moses Browning. The 1911 was a triumph of desig...moren and a great handgun in every sense of the word. The pistol served as the standard-issue sidearm for the United States Armed Forces from 1911 to 1985 and is widely regarded by gun historians as the best firearm design to date. Battlefield experience in World War I led to some small external changes to the M1911 completed in 1924. The new version was called the M1911A1. Today, the 1911A1 is a treasured handgun among Elite Military Units and will always hold great value with Firearm Collectors. Released in 1987, the Colt Delta Elite is a modified M1911 pistol, Series 80 configuration, chambered for the 10mm Auto. The pistol was dropped from production in 1996 due to lackluster sales. Colt announced the re-introduction of the Delta Elite at the 2008 SHOT Show and the "new" Delta Elite was released to the public on March 31, 2009. This "New" Delta Elite sports a full stainless steel finish, serrated rear slide with polished sides, 5" barrel, dovetailed 3-dot target sights, round serrated hammer, black aluminum skeletonized trigger, beavertail safety grip, grooved rear strap and black checkered hard rubber grips with Delta Elite logo medallions. This gun is in nice condition with light wear, has a sharp/ clean bore, appears to be in good working order and comes in original blue hardcase with manual. (A. Rex Winn Estate)

1897 Winchester, 1885 Low Wall (J. Rosenbloom Barrel), 22 Hornet, Falling Block, SN - 80216

Lot # 42

With the introduction of the Model 1885, the world of single shots was given a welcomed addition. In 1885 competitive target shooting in America had the stature of profes...moresional golf, or even major league football today. Huge matches were held at places like Creedmoor, New York. Spectators would number in the thousands. The 1885 was uniquely suited to the long-range accuracy shooting of the day. The Model 1885 was the first and perhaps one of the greatest of all the John Moses Browning designs. It was conceived of and created by Browning in the frontier pioneer town of Ogden, Utah, in 1878. Not only was it the first he produced, but it was the gun that started his relationship with the Winchester Repeating Arms company. The partnership began in 1885, and the Single Shot became the Model 1885 Winchester. This Model 1885 Low Wall was made in 1897 and sports a J. Rosenboom 24" heavy target barrel chambered for 22 Hornet. Other features include an oiled walnut stock with deep cut checkering/ fluted comb & beavertail forearm, White Line black ribbed hard rubber buttpad with spacers, black grip cap, brown leather sling and sells complete with a Litschert 15X Spot-Shot Target scope. Circa 1861 Smith & Wesson, Model No. 1 Second Issue, 22 RF Short, Revolver, SN - 19272

Lot # 43

The Smith & Wesson Model 1 was the first firearm manufactured by Smith & Wesson, with production spanning the years 1857 through 1882. It was the first commercially succe...moressful revolver to use rimfire cartridges instead of loose powder, musket ball, and percussion caps. It is a single-action, tip-up revolver holding seven .22 Short black powder cartridges. The Model 1 was in popular demand with the outbreak of the American Civil War as soldiers from all ranks on both sides of the conflict made private purchases of the revolvers for self-defense, so much that orders for the Model 1 revolver outpaced the factory's production capabilities forcing Smith & Wesson to expand into a new facility and began experimenting with a new cartridge design more suitable than the .22 Short in 1860. It was produced in three Issues - First Issue 1857-1860; Second Issue 1860-1868; Third Issue 1868-1882. This Model 1 Second Issue was made in circa 1861 and sports a 3.25" ribbed octagon barrel, smooth cylinder with two patent dates "1855" & "1859", marked rib "SMITH & WESSON SPRINGFIELD MASS.", 2-pin top strap, spur trigger, German silver front blade sight and flared flat butt walnut grips. This gun is in nice original condition with a clean bore, appears to be in good working order. (A. Rex Winn Estate)
