Prop = Sensenich 74CK-2-36 metal prop pitched to 40 in 2008 / serial # 36873
Nice, proper J3 Cub that was rebuilt in 2007 by Russ Amos. Metal Spars, Steel parts epoxy primed, covered in AirTech Fabric, New front and rear lift struts and forks installed, new windows all the way around, new boot cowl and eyebrows .. rebuilt from bottom to top and shows well. Engine was Overhauled 2002 to new limits. No frills true stick & rudder flying at its best with this 1946 Piper classic J3 cub. Logbooks are "marginal" prior to rebuild and "sparse" after rebuild but there are some logbooks here. Current title search has been completed and shows no liens or encumbrances. Current annual date of 6/6/2022. Airplane is located at Newport Municipal Airport (M19). Contact Grady Auctions at (870) 523-5229 to schedule a inspection and review of the logbooks. Aircraft was ferried from Batesville Arkansas to Newport Arkansas on 3/20/2022. We were going to paint the instrument panel before we took the pictures but have decided the airplane just as it is.

If paying in our office (physical presence), we will accept Cash or Company Check with a Letter of Introduction from issuing bank, if unknown to the Auction Company.
All applicable Sales Tax will be charged at this auction unless buyer provides exemption paperwork prior to payment.
In order to register and bid for this auction, you must provide Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc with a letter of introduction from your bank that guarantees payment for a specified amount to Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc OR a credit card with a minimum $5,000.00 credit line for registration purposes ONLY. All payments must be made by WIRE TRANSFER.
