Item Details
The Smith & Wesson Model 29 is a six-shot, double-action revolver chambered for the .44 Magnum cartridge and made from 1955 to present. The Model 29 is one of the popular revolvers ever made due to it's reputation for quality and it's worldwide association with the fictional character "Dirty Harry" Callahan. The original Model 29 was superseded by the Model 29-1 in 1960, with modifications made to the ejector-rod screw. The Model 29-2 replaced it the following year, with one screw that had secured the cylinder-stop spring being deleted. The 29-3 was introduced in 1982 with pinned barrels for a better fit. This one-owner Model 29-3 was made in 1984 and features a 8 3/8" barrel, high luster blue finish, checkered walnut grips with thumb-rest, adjustable rear sight, ramped Hi-Viz front sight, case hardened trigger/ hammer and comes in original box with cleaning tools and paperwork. This gun is in beautiful condition with a sharp bore and a nice tight/ smooth action.

- ALL GUNS BEING SHIPPED MUST BE SHIPPED TO AN FFL OR C&R - THIS INCLUDES BLACK POWDERS & ANTIQUES - This is an Illinois Law
- It is the buyers responsibility to have their dealer (Sporting Goods Store, Pawn Shop or Local Gun Dealer) email us a copy of their license - auction@willsullivanauction.com
- Guns may be picked up to avoid shipping costs. All Federal & State Gun Laws/ holding periods apply. The procedure for picking up a gun is the same as buying a gun in a gun store.
- SHIPPING RATES - 1 long gun = $50, 1 handgun = $30, $10 for each additional gun, regardless if it is a long gun or handgun.
- SHIPPING EXAMPLES - 2 long guns = $60, 2 handguns = $40, 1 long gun & 1 handgun = $60, 3 long guns = $70, 3 handguns = $50
- Items other than firearms will have a shipping cost listed and the end of the description
- Items will be shipped out sometime between Monday, July 5th & Friday July 16th.
- Each successful buyer will receive a tracking number from UPS when their package(s) have shipped.
- There is a $15 per gun Paperwork Fee. This applies to guns being shipped and still applies if the buyer is an FFL.
- Each successful buyer will receive a invoice after the conclusion of the auction from ProxiBid. This invoice will not include shipping or any extra fees.
- Each successful buyer will receive a Final Invoice sometime between Saturday, June 26th - Tuesday, June 29th.
