Purchases must be removed from the sale site within 7 business days of the sale date. Loading will be on Saturday the day of the sale until dark. Online purchases should make an appointment with John at (903) 824-0581 for pickup times. The Auctioneer may provide a set removal date for large equipment. Shipping arrangements and cost are the BUYERS SOLE RESPONSIBILITY. Loading and unloading of equipment is a courtesy of Nutt Auction Company. This service doesn't hold Nutt Auction or any auction employee liable for injury, or damage to merchandise, in the loading, hauling or unloading of merchandise.
Any equipment remaining on the grounds after July 31, 2017 will be subject to storage fees of $5 per day. If the item is not removed by August 31, 2017, it will become abandoned property.
In the event of a tie bid amount, preference shall be given to the bidder attending the auction, or the bidder chosen by the Auctioneer, using any method he determines.
Bids are not made until accepted by the auctioneer at the sale site. Absolutely no liability shall be be accepted by Auctioneer for placement or execution of bids. Due to technological limitations, and the potential for "glitches" or dropped communication with the sale site and Auctioneer, Internet bids are not guaranteed to be placed or executed, in any way. THERE IS A SIGNIFICANT TIME LAG BETWEEN INTERNET SOUND AND THE ACTUAL BIDDING ON SITE. Please watch the increments on the screen, for the actual bidding action, and base your bids on the information displayed by the text on your screen.
