DESIGN: Double-action revolver with six shot cylinder. 4-1/2" octagon barrel.
MATERIAL/FINISH COMPOSITION: Blued steel with a finish similar to the black army finish. Checkered wood grip panels.
FEATURES: Used by rank and file Italian soldiers during World War I and World War II. Blade front sight. Groove rear sight. Lanyard ring at bottom of grip. Folding trigger (snaps into a recess in the bottom of the frame). Firearm comes with leather holster with flap.
CONDITION: Good. Approximately 80% of the finish remains on metal components. Bore and cylinder are good. Moderate wear to grip panels with significant wear to the checkering. Leather holster is good showing modest cracking to the leather.

Invoices will be sent at close of auction noting purchase price of all lots won, buyer's premium and any applicable taxes and fees. To establish a tax free sale, a copy of a valid reseller's permit or license must be provided. Any purchaser claiming an exemption who is unable to provide proof will be required to pay the tax and seek a refund from the state of Pennsylvania. Generally all items shipped out of state are sales tax free sales.
Payment to be made in five (5) days from invoice date via credit card, debit, cash, checks, money orders, cashier checks or wire transfers. There will be a 3% discount for payment with cash, checks, debit card and money orders. Checks are held for ten (10) business days. Cordier Auctions provides shipping for firearms (except NRR firearms). The cost is: Long guns: $50 for first long gun; $25 for each additional long gun won. Handguns: $65 for first handgun; $35 for each additional handgun won. Shipping for all non-firearm items and NRR firearms is the responsibility of the buyer. Cordier Auctions will assist the buyer in arranging shipping through one of the listed shippers. NOTE: Items to be picked up or shipped within one week of the auction date, after which storage fees in the amount of $5 per item per day will apply.

All items are sold subject to applicable Federal and State Regulations. All modern guns must be registered. Gun registration is handled by Cordier Auctions & Appraisals. Modern handgun purchasers must be Pennsylvania residents at least 21 years of age and must have a government issued photo id (driver’s license). Out of state residents must have an FFL or a licensed dealer in their state to receive UPS shipments of handguns. Modern rifle and shotgun purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and be eligible to purchase firearms. C&R lots will convey to C&R FFL holders per Federal regulations.
