Description

We do NOT offer In-House Shipping for this auction. We will pack and ship by arrangement for a minimum packing fee of $20.

Pick Up is at on location in Oakland NJ less than 5 minutes from the Oakland Shoprite for this Auction, preview is by appointment.

Scheduled Pick Ups for this auction will be the Friday following the auction from 3-7pm. You or your agent may pick up fully paid winning bids.

Payment Instructions: All invoices will be tallied and charged to the card on file with Proxibid within 24 hours of the end of the auction. If you have questions about shipping, pick-ups, specific lots or anything else, please contact us BEFORE bidding. If you wish to pay with a card other that the card on file with Proxibid, you should let us know before the end of the auction to avoid a delay. There will be a $25 fee for charging through any means other than Proxibid. We do not offer in-house shipping for this auction. If you require shipping, please make arrangements with the Auctioneer BEFORE BIDDING. Merchant's Wares reserves the right to require payment through Wire Transfer for all purchases for any reason. You will not be charged an alternate payment fee for Wire Transfers. Paid total includes the amount paid for each lot, buyer's premium, applicable tax, handling/box fee and applicable shipping fees and insurance. Oakland NJ PickUps will be pre-scheduled using Shipping Saint via your email and/or text on file with Proxibid. NJ Residents and NJ Pick Ups will be charged NJ Sales tax. You can register your Sales Tax ID with Proxibid, and NJ residents and NJ Pick Ups with a number on file with Proxibid will not be charged sales tax. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. PICKUPS will be scheduled by Shipping Saint through your email on file with Proxibid. Please check that all of your account information is valid when you sign up for the auction! LOOK for the Shpiping Saint Text and Email, following the auction. The first PickUp Slots will be 3pm on Friday following the auction. Questions? Call the Auctioneer 201-694-9463 ALL Pick-ups must be made within one week of full payment, or holding/storage charges will be incurred. If items are not picked up within 10 days, they may be disposed of at cost to the bidder, with no refund to the original bidder. Special arrangements for large orders or certain circumstances may be made with the auctioneer directly, BEFORE the end of the auction. Box/Handling Fee (shipping only) - This fee covers materials and time needed to package your items safely including (and not limited to) boxes, bubblewrap, foam peanuts, foam packaging, tape, labels, etc. We want you, our bidders, to be happy with your purchases. If you are not sure about an item and want more information, please ask! There are NO returns and NO refunds. We will do our best to provide you with information, and if needed, will announce the additional information in the announcement sections. Fees for items not picked up in a timely manner are $10 per day per item, which will be incurred starting 6 days after original invoice was sent.
