Early Texas Production Springfield Armory Inc. M1A Rifle

Early Devine, Texas, Production Springfield Armory Inc. M1A Semi-Automatic Rifle Serial Number "000796"

Receiver manufactured circa 1973 to 1974, prior to Springfield Armory Inc. being purchased by Dennis Reese from Elmer C. Balance and production moved from Devine, Texas, to Geneseo, Illinois. Initially starting production using the "Springfield Armory" name for his company (LH Manufacturing) in 1971, based out of San Antonio, Texas, at the time, Balance was the first to produce a commercial semi-automatic version of the U.S. M14 select-fire service rifle, naming it the M1A. These early production M1A rifles were largely built from surplus USGI components, as is the case with this example. Features a winged blade front sight, type 2 lock-bar adjustable peep rear sight assembly, flash hider with bayonet lug, "HR-N" marked trigger housing with "-5 SA" hammer and "HRA" safety, "TRW ZC" marked bolt, "TRW" marked operating rod, and "SAK" marked and "8 69" dated barrel that is also marked with "NM" on top and a Devine, Texas, box address on the bottom. Fitted with a ventilated fiberglass handguard along with a USGI walnut stock with "DoD eagle" cartouche on the left, "circle P" firing proof on the pistol grip, and steel buttplate with hinged shoulder support plate. Includes a green nylon sling.

Exceptionally fine as built by Elmer C. Balance's "Springfield Armory" of Devine, Texas, with a new receiver and surplus parts, retaining 90% of original parkerized finish with minor edge wear, scattered minor scrapes and dings, dried grease or varnish, faint spotting, and minor discoloration. The stock is very fine as re-oiled. Mechanically excellent.

Desirable Heckler & Koch SR9 Semi-Automatic Sporting Rifle with Scope and Bipod

Based off of the HK91 series, the SR9 was developed to qualify as a sporting and target rifle after the U.S. began an importation ban on rifles with military traits in 1989. As such, it lacks the threaded muzzle, flash hider, and bayonet lug, while also having the addition of polygonal rifling. Features hood post front and adjustable diopter drum rear sights, detachable folding bipod, color coded "0/1" selector markings, and straight profile trigger. Fitted with a textured polymer forend, buttstock with cheek riser, and textured walnut GPSS grip. The left of the magazine well is dated "KA" (1990), with "Made in W-Germany" on the right. Includes a H&K pattern claw mount, Hensoldt Wetzlar ZF 10x42 mm scope, and instruction manual.

Excellent overall, retaining 99% original matte black finish with some limited light handling marks and a few very small scratches on the stock. The scope is also excellent with minor handling marks and clear optics. Mechanically excellent.

Features winged post front and flip up peep rear sights, three prong flash hider and bayonet lug, and an ambidextrous safety selector. Fitted with polymer ribbed and ventilated forearm, smooth pistol grip and side folding buttstock with ribbed buttplate. Includes a green M1 web sling, ArmaLite 2.75x 20mm scope with lens caps and mount, and manual.

The left side of the receiver is marked ".308 MATCH" while the right side is marked "FABRIQUE NATIONALE HERSTAL/MADE IN BELGIUM/STEYR SECAUCUS N.J." Magazine is absent.

The shortest configuration of the M1A rifle family offered by Springfield Armory Inc., the SOCOM-16 features a compact 16 1/4 inch barrel along with a proprietary gas cylinder lock that itself features an integrated hole ported muzzle brake and front sight base. With Trijicon tritium insert XS winged blade front sight and adjustable peep rear sights, receiver mounted stripper clip adapter/shell deflector, with standard four line manufacturer's markings roll marked on the receiver heel and "SOCOM 16" laser engraved on the side of the operating rod. Fitted in a Sage International Ltd. Enhanced Battle Rifle (EBR) Chassis, which features a black anodized aluminum main body with Picatinny rails on the forearm along with plastic handguard and detachable vertical grip, textured rubber pistol grip, and a telescoping buttstock with adjustable cheekpiece and Decelerator recoil pad. A semi-automatic version of the Fabrique Nationale SCAR-H (Special operations forces Combat Assault Rifle - Heavy) select fire battle rifle, which was developed in the early 2000s for the U.S. Special Operations Command and first issued to the U.S. 75th Ranger Regiment in 2009. The SCAR family, which consists of several versions available in several different calibers and sizes, is currently in service with over 20 countries around the world. The SCAR 17S DMR package is a specialized version of the normal 17S, with enhanced features intended for longer-ranged use. Features folding hooded blade front and detachable and adjustable folding peep rear sights, a monolithic Picatinny rail running across the top of the receiver, two nine-slot Picatinny rails on the sides of the forend, a Picatinny rail underneath the forend, three-prong flash hider, adjustable gas block, ambidextrous and extended charging handle, ambidextrous safety, "1/S" selector marking, and a pre-installed Geissele Super SCAR two-stage trigger. The top of the barrel is laser engraved "MP FN 6.5 CREEDOOR 1/8" while the manufacturer's address, serial number, QR code, and "FN" monogram are laser engraved into the left side of the receiver. Fitted with A2 pattern pistol grip and FN SSR stock with adjustable cheek piece and butt pad. Includes original factory box and instruction manual.

Lakeside Machine Vindicator Belt Fed Carbine in .22 LR with Case

Very Scarce and Excellent Lakeside Machine BF-1 Vindicator Semi-Automatic Belt Fed Carbine in .22 LR with Case Serial Number "0037"

Designed around a Browning Model 1917/1919 pattern belt-fed action, scaled down to a blow-back rimfire action shoulder arm in a class of its own. Originally designed by Eric Graetz at Tippmann Arms, before Graetz formed Lakeside Machine and purchased the rights, tooling, and all existing parts from Tippmann. This example is serial number "0037" out of a limited run of 50 BF-1 Vindicator carbines produced. Features a unique "Summit Sighting System" which consists of an elevated inverted "V" block front sight and a post rear sight, flash hider, ventilated steel barrel shroud, rear receiver mounted safety. The receiver controls are laid out in a Browning M1919 pattern with charging handle on the right and a feed tray release on top. The right rear side of the receiver is marked with the manufacturer address, model, caliber, and serial number. Fitted with a smooth walnut semi-pistol grip stock with finger grooves and black rubber recoil pad. Includes a shipping sleeve, generic hard case, polymer disintegrating ammunition links, two cloth ammunition links, and two spare recoil and operating springs.

Early Three Digit Serial Number Springfield Armory Inc. M1A Semi-Automatic Rifle

Offered here is an early Devine, Texas manufactured M1A. These rifles were manufactured using GI surplus parts on new made receivers until company moved to Geneseo, Illinois in 1974. Receiver manufactured circa 1973 to 1974.This example is fitted with a flash hider on which the front sight and bayonet lug are mounted, and elevation and windage adjustable rear sights. The bottom of the barrel is hand stamped "DEVINE TEX". Mounted in a "DoD Eagle" stamped stock with selector cutout on the right side. Includes a green web sling.

Class: Modern Long Gun

Excellent, retaining 95% original parkerized finish with some minor handling marks and light oxidation inside the flash hider. Wood is very fine with some dings and scratches and hairline cracks under the bolt release and magazine well. Mechanically excellent.

Benelli Model M2XI-26 Semi-Automatic Shotgun with RCI XRAIL System and Case

The standard Benelli M2 with an RCI XRAIL system installed adding three additional rotating magazine tubes bringing the total capacity to 25 rounds. Originally designed for 3-Gun shooting before the proliferation of magazine fed shotguns, this is a very cool piece of shooting history. The gun itself has a 3 inch chamber and interchangeable choke tubes (improved cylinder installed). Included with the gun is a Pelican case, spare parts, and eight extra chokes. Length of pull is 14 1/4 inches.

Very fine, retaining 95% plus original blue finish with some scratches on the barrel and overall minor handling evidence. The case is very fine. XRAIL mechanically untested, gun is mechanically fine.
