SHIPPING, GENERAL: We will add estimated shipping charges to your initial invoice. If additional shipping expense is required, we reserve the right to adjust the invoice accordingly, and charge your card. Generally long guns will cost around $65 for shipping, handguns run about $35, in the lower 48 (Actual charges may vary). We will group multiple like items together when possible, to save our customers shipping expenses. We strive to keep shipping prices as low as possible to save you money; our goal is to make shipping cost neutral and cover our shipping expenses. When we ship items, you are paying for the box, packaging materials as well as a handling, insurance and postage; even the smallest items may cost between $8-15 to ship. The cost for shipping is not at all based on the sale price. Ammunition must be shipped separately. Firearms require sending packages with adult signature which adds to the cost. By default, we will ship non-firearms items to your shipping address listed with Proxibid. Shipping can be expensive, shipping rates are increasing through all carriers, and we only ship with tracking and insurance. We ship through Fed-Ex and USPS only. If you modify a delivery to your shipping address, we will not be responsible for your item if it becomes lost or incurs extra shipping fees; and insurance will be voided. We will only ship to your address on file with Proxibid (for eligible items). We do not ship items internationally; you must find a US based exporter. We cannot ship ITAR restricted items internationally. If you have a question that is not addressed here, please email us at eogshipping@gmail.com. IN STORE PICKUP: If you have won your item through Proxibid and live in the local Hampton Roads region, we will assume you are picking up your items in store. You will not be able to pick up your items until the Tuesday following the auction (We need to wait until invoicing is complete, which is usually not until the next day). You will be required to pickup your items within 30 days of the auctions closing date. The local area includes the cites of Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Newport News, Hampton, Williamsburg, Currituck County and other contiguous counties and municipalities within the Virginia/North Carolina Tidewater region. Generally, if you are within an hour drive from Virginia Beach, you will be considered local. If items are not picked up within 21 days following the auction, your item(s) will incur a $25 per month storage fee thereafter (until legally considered abandoned property, or the storage fees exceed the final value). We will not be liable for loss or damage to local pickup items that remain in store after 30 days. FFL Required (Federal Firearms License): Items marked FFL Required means the firearm being sold is a regulated firearm and must be transferred to a dealer or it can be transfered to an individual with the required paperwork and background check. If you are having your firearm shipped, we will need a copy of your chosen dealers FFL to ship the firearm, so you can pick it up from your dealer. This does not mean you yourself need an FFL. PAYMENT: By bidding and winning an item you are bound to pay the agreed hammer price plus buyers premium, taxes, shipping, fees etc. Your card on file will be charged within 24 hrs following the auction. If your payment fails, you have 10 days following the auction to settle payment for items won at auction. If you fail to pay in this timeframe, you will be flagged with Proxibid as a non-paying bidder. If you fail to pay in 10 days, you will lose any right to these items. First Colonial becomes Oceana Blvd after a 1/4 mile, stay on Oceana for 3 miles till you pass NAS Oceana's main gate (Tomcat Blvd). At the next stop light, turn right onto Harpers Rd, go 100 fet and then turn left into the Harpers Road Commerce Park - the auction house is located on the back left.

Firearms Shipping/FFL Required: If you win a firearm in the auction and it requires shipping, you must email us a copy of your FFL license or C&R license to eogshipping@gmail.com We need an actual copy of the license for our records, not the name and address of your dealer. Shipping in General: Shipping takes 2-3 weeks to complete for the 100 plus orders we receive every auction. Shipping will be estimated with your initial invoice and may be adjusted if shipping exceeds our estimates. Shipping for rifles has been around $65 for long guns and $35 for handguns.
