Please note our buyers premium is 19.25% plus applicable taxes, fees and shipping. We also charge $10 for each firearm sold, including FFL/C&R firearms, blackpowder firearms, antiques and dummy guns. Please see the "TERMS OF SALE" tab for a full listing of our terms of sale, including shipping instructions, tax information, sale restrictions, legal notices, policies, etc. Good luck bidding! Also, Please register to bid before the auction to avoid any delays in bidder approval. FAQ: Bellow is a list of commonly asked questions... Firearms Shipping/FFL Required: If you win a firearm in the auction and it requires shipping, you must email us a copy of your FFL license or C&R license to eogshipping@gmail.com We need an actual copy of the license for our records, not the name and address of your dealer. Shipping in General: Shipping takes 2-3 weeks to complete for the 100 plus orders we receive every auction. Shipping will be estimated with your initial invoice and may be adjusted if shipping exceeds our estimates. Shipping for rifles has been around $65 for long guns and $35 for handguns. Even small items may cost $8-15 at a minimum. We ship every order with tracking and insurance. Items will be grouped together when possible to save on shipping. Payments: By default your card on file will be charged by Proxibid within 24 hours following the auctions closing date. If you choose, you may pay earlier by a different method. WWII German memorabilia requires payment processing through a separate vendor. If your order contains a WWII German item we will send you an external invoice to pay. All payments are due within 10 days or your bids/items are forfeit and we will follow proxibid non-paying bidder policies. Taxes: Proxibid charges sales tax on every order unless you are tax exempt. Taxes are charged based on your ship to address. Tax Exempt Bidders: You must register with Proxibid as tax exempt to receive tax exempt status. This process is controlled by proxibid. Please contact payments@proxibid.com for assistance. International Buyers: We do not ship internationally. We will ship to a US based address only. If you require international shipping, it is the buyers responsibility to find a US based exporter. ITAR restricted items cannot be sent internationally. LEGAL ISSUES: IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO BE AWARE OF ALL STATE AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS BEFORE BIDDING. For instance, if you live in New York or California, we are required to send ammunition to an FFL dealer. Or, If you live in a state like New York or California and you purchase a firearm, ammunition or accessory that is subject to a ban, we cannot send it to you. By no means is this a complete list, and we cannot keep up with publishing all the changing legislation in each state and municipality. It is your responsibility to know before bidding if an item is legal for you to own or not. You are still required to pay for the item, and we will re-auction it for you with you as the consignor. We will not lie on forms for you about sale price or what is contained within a shipment. DISCLAIMERS/RETURNS/REFUNDS: ALL SALES ARE AS IS WHERE IS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO DETERMINE IF AN ITEM IS LEGAL IN THEIR STATE OR COUNTRY BEFORE BIDDING. FFL Required (Federal Firearms License): Items marked FFL Required means the firearm being sold is a regulated firearm and must be transferred to a dealer or it can be transferred to an individual with the required paperwork and background check. If you are having your firearm shipped, we will need a copy of your chosen dealers FFL to ship the firearm, so you can pick it up from your dealer. This does not mean you yourself need an FFL. NOTE: Item zero is listed for informational purposes and is not an actual item. Do not bid on item zero.
