Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Witcher Auctions shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it.Witcher Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidders who 'pre-bid' on items acknowledge that the auction catalog may be updated with more information as well as announcements made during the live auction that they are still responsible for. Bidders should call Witcher Auctions to verify the condition of any given item before placing pre-bids. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Witcher Auctions is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Witcher Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Witcher Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Witcher Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Witcher Auctions is NOT responsible for deterioration of any item left on our yard. Once an item is declared sold, it is the buyer's sole responsibility. Buyers agree that the venue for any litigation is strictly limited to Cross County, AR. WITCHER AUCTIONS IS NOT IN ANY WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS. Security is limited. Witcher Auctions will make every attempt possible to protect your merchandise, but once an item is declared sold it is the buyer's responsibility whether the winning bidder is online or attending the auction in person. Witcher Auctions does not guarantee nor issue warranty for fluid levels, batteries, tires, cab glass, etc. Buyers agree that they understand deterioration and/or damage may occur to items while on Witcher Auctions' premises and that the buyer is SOLELY responsible for such conditions as they may arise. TITLES: Unless specifically stated in auction catalog or by Auctioneer, Witcher Auctions in no way guarantees a Title for any Vehicle, Trailer, ATV, etc. If you are unsure about the Title status of an item, please inquire before bidding. A $25 dollar title fee will be charged to the buyer on all vehicles/trailers with titles. ITEM REMOVAL: Loadout will be available on sale day until 5pm, then Wednesday, 3/30 - Friday, 4/1, 8am-5pm then by appointment only. All purchases must be removed by Tuesday, April 19, 2022. After this date, a $25.00 per day storage fee will be assessed. Items not removed within 60 days will be declared abandoned, become the property of Witcher Auctions, and no refund will be given to buyer.
