Fair condition, maybe fair/good with loose boards. The interesting note on this book is as original owner noted this was owned by "JOHN PRINCE". Most likely this is Reverend John Prince. Among many things -> "He was a native of Boston and although he was not apart of the tea boarding party during the Boston Tea Party, he was a witness to the destruction of tea, as he informed Colonel Russell of the “Centinel.”
