Any item not paid for and picked up by Saturday, April 27th at 4pm CST will be forfeited. LOADING: All buyers must bring their own manpower to load items. All buyers must bring their own tools for dismantling any items that need took apart. Buyers will be responsible for dismantling and loading items. RLM will assist loading by hand. There is no machine onsite to load any items. Buyer is encouraged to bring dollys, tools, etc where applicable. For smaller items, buyers will need to bring their own boxes. If you are wanting an item shipped: RLM does not guarantee shipping. We will do our best to assist you in shipping any small items that can be handheld. There is no Fedex or UPS nearby. Items will have to be shipped through the local post office. RLM does not provide boxes. Buyer will be responsible for box cost, shipping cost, and handling fee paid to RLM. Winning bidder will need to call RLM and pay for items no later than Saturday, April 27th at NOON CST. Then RLM will get a total from post office and bidder can pay for shipping separate. If you fail to pay, your item(s) will be forfeited and you will be turned into Proxibid. All items sold AS-IS / WHERE-IS condition with no warranties expressed or implied.
