1) Colt Python .357 Mag SN: 0270PY 2) Colt Single Action Army .45 LC SN: 0270PM 3) Colt 3rd Model Dragoon .44 Cal SN: 0270DG This three gun set comes in a large wooden three drawer locking presentation case, each gun in a fitted red velvet drawer with its own key, and a copy of the book "Armsmear: The Home, The Arm, And The Armory of Samuel Colt. A Memorial" (by Henry Barnard) in a side compartment. The Python is royal blue, 6" barrel with full underlug & adjustable sights, smooth walnut grips with a single "Great Seal of the United States" medallion in the left panel, "1776 - USA BICENTENNIAL - 1976" engraved on left side of the barrel, and cylinder scenes of Statue of Liberty, Liberty Bell, and US Capitol. SAA is blued/case colored, with same type grip and barrel marking as the Python, 7.5" barrel, cylinder scene is two American flags and a list of the original 13 colonies. Dragoon is blued & case colored, nickel grip straps, same type grips and barrel marking, battle scene on cylinder, and includes powder flask, bullet mold, cap tin, nipple wrench in the drawer alongside the revolver. The set also includes the original matching Colt styrofoam and wood grained cardboard sleeve boxes. All revolvers are in excellent condition with hardly any sign of handling. James Reid "My Friend" Knuckle Duster .22 Cal

SN 12724 Brass frame, nickel plated, single-shot revolver manufactured 1868-1882. The left side of the top strap is marked "My Friend Pat'd Dec. 26, 1865". The frame has scroll engraving on the sides with engraved accents on the front and top strap. A scroll and dot engraving appears behind the hammer, and a checkered panel is featured on the back of the grip. The cylinder pin is matched to the gun. Bores are very good, nickel finish. Retains about 98% of the nickel finish with minor flaking, and edge wear, cylinder has turned a brown/gray patina. Engraving is crisp, mechanically functional. NRA Condition-Fine. Antique Firearm.

German pistol marked "DWM" on toggle, chambered for 30 caliber (7.65mm) Luger cartridge. Features a semi-automatic toggle action, 8 round magazine, approx. 3.9 inch barrel, fixed sights, manual safety. Retains stock lug, lanyard bar. Bore is very good condition. Retains 90% dark bluing, with scattered pinprick patina, edge losses, rubbing wear on high points. Slightly rough texture under finish in several areas. Trigger, safety, locking bolt and ejector retain much dark straw color, some color change along each part to an almost brown color. Grips are good condition with no looseness, even handling wear to points of checkering. Magazine is Mec-Gar marked aftermarket, nickel plated with wood plug (some damage to plug). Observed numbers match on frame, barrel, last two digits below rear sight, on trigger. No number observed on sideplate or extractor. Crown over "N" proofs show slight dishing. 'Cased Gun' British made Side by Side internal hammer sidelock shotgun manufactured circa 1881. Features blued barrels, engraved case colored action, extractors, tang safety (moves to 'safe' on opening), single extractor, double triggers, multi-point checkered walnut splinter forend with push-button release, checkered walnut straight grip shoulder stock, checkered face on butt, no buttplate, 30" solid rib barrels marked "J. PURDEY & SONS. 314 1/2 OXFORD STREET, LONDON. MADE OF SIR JOSEPH WHITWORTH'S FLUID-PRESSED STEEL"), Full/CYL chokes, small steel front bead. Engraving is a very fine floral scroll pattern covering over 75% of the action, with raised relief leaves on ball fences. "SAFE" engraved and inlaid in gold wire. Walnut is a select fancy figured wood with swirls and streaks in the grain, lots of contrast, some feather or fiddle grain showing. Fancy tear drop points behind side plates. Checkering is a finely spaced, cut to partial depth leaving flats on center of points. with deep border lines. Monogram oval on toe line is blank. Bores are very good. Barrels retain 75% coverage of a grayish or brownish toned blue, with some bare spots along bottom, edge losses. Barrels show very bright original bluing under the forend. Action retains significant bright case color, with bright blues mottled over grays, some dulling at edges. Wood is very good condition, many small shallow dents, some smoothing to the checkering, no observed cracks or chips. The included luggage style takedown case in leather bound, reinforced at corners, with leather straps, locking latch (no key provided), red velvet lined English fitted interior. Marked "BIDDLE" on lid (both embossed into leather and engraved onto brass disc). Leather is distressed & cracked, with broken handle attachment point, missing straps, damage to lining. Includes sectioned wood cleaning rod with attachments, black composition (bakelite?) accessory container with threaded cap, shell loading tools, snap caps, manual (with hand written emphasis to never snap this gun without using snap caps), vintage Purdey & Sons paperweight in box, factory correspondence. Period or factory pearl in almost fine condition with small chips at heel and minor aging but fine " Rainbow"hues. Interior shows just minor use with bright bore. Double barrel side by side shotgun. Internal hammer side lock. Manufactured between 1912-1950, this example probably circa 1926. Features blued finish, engraved & case colored receiver & sideplates, checkered walnut beavertail forend with schnabel tip, walnut shoulder stock with checkered wrist & semi-pistol grip, high comb, composition grip cap, 32" wide vent rib barrels (marked "Hunter Arms Co", choked FULL/FULL), ivory bead front sight, tang safety, top lever, single trigger, barrel selector slide next to trigger, ejectors, 14" length of pull (13" to end of wood), ventilated rubber recoil pad. Bores are very good. Retains 80% dark blue on barrels, showing thinning, graying and edge losses on the remainder. Case colors are good, with some bright blue and dark grays, overall beginning to fade to a dull light gray. Floral scroll engraving covers 75% of action surfaces, full coverage on sideplates. Forend is very good, with some finish loss. Butt appears made from two pieces dovetailed together, tight seam, fancy figure and feather grain, overall very good condition, appears lightly varnished. Recoil pad is a bit hard. Serial number matched on barrels & forend iron. Barrels also marked with Hunter Arms proofs (under both barrels, box shaped proofs under chambers, and circular nitro proof marks under forcing cones), "NP", "S". Smith & Wesson No. 1 Pistol 'Volcanic' .31 Cal

SN: 105 Antique small frame lever action repeating pistol chambered in .31 RF, manufactured in Norwich, CT circa 1854-1855. Approximately only 1,200 of the No. 1 Pistol were produced (that accounts for 66% of the total S&W Volcanic production). These scarce pistols are highly desired for many reasons, a few of which are they were the first Smith & Wesson and the immediate predecessor to the Henry/Winchester rifle. Features a 4” part octagon barrel, full-length front loading tube magazine, brass pinched post front sight, pinched post rear sight with ‘v’ notch, floral scroll engraved iron frame, checkered hammer spur, smooth trigger, round finger lever, and bag shaped grip with two-piece varnished Rosewood grips. Serial number 105 is observed on the left side of the frame under the grip and on the back of both grip panels. Other markings: Barrel - “CAST-STEEL”, “SMITH & WESSON/NORWICH, CT.” and “PATENT/FEB. 14.1854”. And Frame - “E C” and “E”. Pistol retains few traces of original finish with the majority of the metal surfaces bearing an aged grey patina with scattered rust tones. Action is mechanically sound other that the lifter needs assistance lowering once it reaches it top position, the bore shows good rifling with only moderate pitting, the markings are clear and the matching wood grips are very good. Pistol retains few traces of original finish with the majority of the metal surfaces bearing an aged grey patina with scattered rust tones. Barrel slides froward when lever is drooped. Barrel Leather covering 95-98% intact with minor aging, and miniscule tears, and losses. Frame, and butt show considerable old nickel on tin plating with some pitting, and erosion. The wood is good to very good, with normal dings, mars, and storage scratches. The action is good. Bore is very good with strong rifling. Unusual serial number of "11111". Possibly a special presentation or gift due to plating, and serial number. Action works. The upper rifle barrel is approx. .46 Cal, and the bottom shotgun barrel is about .50 cal. There is a signature on the flat of the lower barrel, but its faint, unreadable. Metal has turned a brown patina with light scattered pitting throughout. Stock is good. Metal appears to have been painted black at some point, with remnants remaining. Crude construction.
