From the northwest corner of Sloan, Iowa, at the intersection of Highways 75 and K42, travel north on K42 approximately 3.5 miles to gravel 290th Street, then east 2 miles to Eastland Avenue and the 0.5 mile to the southeast corner of the farm.

This auction consists of land and will be sold on a per acre basis multiplied by the number of taxable acres. All announcements made on the day of the sale will supersede any previously given information.
