Lot # 1001 (Sale Order: 2 of 6)      

This auction consists of 3 tracts of land. Tract 1 will be offered first, followed by Tract 2, then Tract 3. Tract 1 will be sold on a total value basis. Tracts 2 and 3 will be sold on a per acre basis multiplied by the number of taxable acres. All announcements made on the day of the sale will supersede any previously given information.

The successful on-site bidder shall pay 10% of the total purchase price on the day of the sale and sign a Real Estate Contract that states the entire remaining balance to be payable at the time of closing when an abstract showing merchantable title and a Warranty Deed will be given. Closing and possession of the property is estimated to be April 01, 2023. Seller shall pay that amount of real estate taxes prorated to the buyers date of possession and all prior taxes if any. For online bidders via PROXIBID.COM, for The successful online bidders shall wire 10% earnest money deposit within 24 hours of the date of the auction and e-sign a Real Estate Contract.
