Terms and Conditions of Lease:
Prospective tenants will bid on 460.0 acres via a total dollar’s amount, and not on a per acre basis.
Online bidding will end on April 23, 2020 at 10 a.m.
The lease will be for 2020 only and shall expire on December 31, 2020.
Bidding increments shall not be less than $2,500.
No grain bins or outbuildings are included with this lease.
Only actual operators are eligible to bid and lease the farm. There shall be no subleasing.
The winning bidder, who will operate the farm, shall pay 100% of the lease amount in guaranteed funds to Ed Manring, Court Appointed Receiver, who is represented by David B. Parman, Attorney at Law, 108 West Wood Street P.O. Box 187, Albany, MO 64402, within 72 hours of the completion of this auction.
The Farm Service Agency (FSA) Farm Number for this farm is 1637, which includes some parcels not included in this lease.
