1) The property will be offered for sale as 2 tracts north and south of near equal sizes as buyers choice on a per acre basis. The successful bidder will have the option of taking one or both parcels. If the successful bidder takes only one tract the bidding will start over on the remaining tract. 2) The property will be sold per surveyed acres. If the property sells as a whole it will be surveyed as a whole, if the properties sell separate a survey will be provided on each tract.
