As set forth in further detail in the Auction Real Estate Purchase Agreement, the Real Estate is subject to the Minnesota Common Interest Community Act, Minnesota Statutes 515B and acts amendatory thereto, by the Restated Declaration for Wildwood Meadow Townhomes (CIC 273), a planned community, dated May 2, 2006, filed May 5, 2006 as Document Number A1098842 by Declarant, Wildwood Meadows, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, and is subject to the terms, conditions and provisions of said act and restated declaration. Buyer acknowledges receipt of the restated declaration, the articles of incorporation, bylaws and any amendments to those documents, that it has had the opportunity to review said documents and that it has completed its own due diligence and inquiry into the status of the Association. Signed form must be on file with Auction Company.

7. Maas Companies Inc and/or Seller may refuse a buyer's number to anyone for any reason. Bidder agrees to provide any identification Maas Companies Inc and/or Seller may request including but not limited to: drivers license, photocopies of credit cards, Social Security card or Passport. Bidder agrees to comply with any stated additional terms or conditions associated with particular items.
