We may describe items with adjectives, but this is only an opinion and the actual bidder must solely decide condition. All items must be paid for in full prior to receiving the lots. A valid credit card is required to be approved as a bidder at this auction. ***PLEASE NOTE won auction lots will be paid by your credit card on file with Proxibid the Tuesday after the auction unless we are notified by email. Though we try to describe all items accurately, we will not be held responsible for cataloging errors. Absentee bidding is permitted by phone, fax, email, or mail. Items won will be shipped using the US Postal Service, all items will be shipped via insured or registered mail. Shipping charges are subject to change depending on size and weight. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Fox Valley Coin Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Fox Valley Coin Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
