A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to all winning bids. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty or guarantee of any kind expressed or implied. When dealing with a large quantity of lots and items, we describe all lots on a "best efforts" basis. Buyer is responsible for inspecting items in person to satisfy themselves as to condition and quantity of all lots. Buyers are responsible for bringing their own personnel, equipment and supplies for removal. If you arrange for transportation or freight, there may be a palletizing or loading charge if you do not provide your own personnel. All items not removed within the designated pick up time will be deemed abandoned unless prior arrangements have been made with the auctioneer. Instructions and links for paying with American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa or PayPal will be included with your invoice. You can pay by cash or credit card in person when picking up. You can pay by wire Transfer or by Company Check when accompanied by a bank letter of guarantee made out to GreenBid Auctions, Inc. This auction begins closing on Saturday, April 25th at 10am CST, closing 1 lot every minute unless extended bidding goes into effect. ie: Lot 1 will close at 10am, lot 2 at 10:01, etc. If a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes before a Lot closes, the bidding is automatically extended. If any lots are pulled prior to sale closing due to lack of clear title, bidders will be notified by phone or email as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.
