Auction yard is open for inspection 8am-6pm including the weekend. Selling Trucks, Trailers, Pickups, Oilfield Equipment, Bull Semen & Embryos, Lots of Misc
Equipment will be located at our Marlow Okla Yard 5 miles east of Marlow on Hwy 29 and Goodrich Rd. Onsite inspections July 20th through sale days 8am-5pm central time. Bull Semen and Embryo's are stored at Great Plains Breeder Service Shamrock Tx and REI in Stillwate Ok.

Important Announcements: Bull semen and embryos sell by the lot. Auction yard is open for item inspection from 8am-6pm Monday July 20th -Sale Days. Weekend inspection times are 8am-7pm.

Sales Tax : 6.2% - Sales tax applied to invoice total, including Internet Premium.
Payment Options: Check and Wire Transfer
Payment Instructions: Complete payments within 3 days following the auction by bank wire or cashiers, cash or check accompanied by a bank letter. We do not accept credit cards. Winning bidders will be emailed an invoice at the close of the auction on Tuesday July 28th. Invoices will be emailed following the auction closure. Check spam folders on your email for invoice.

Shipping Instructions: Buyer responsible for shipping. A forklift and loading dock available through removal dates at the marlow auction yard. Items selling offiste are buyers responsibility for loading and removal. Removal following auction until August 7th.
Preview Date & Times: July 20th-28th date, 8-5 central time. Includes weekend
Checkout Date & Times: Removal of equipment from sale day to August 7th 2020 , 8-5pm central time . Will load out on the weekend.

Driving Directions: Auction yard is 5 miles east of Marlow Ok on hwy 29. Intersection of hwy 29 and goodrich rd.

Special Terms

Tax exempt buyers must furnish a copy of their sales tax permit. Sales tax permit can be emailed to grahamauctioneers@yahoo.com . BUYERS REPONSIBILITIES: All items are sold ?as is, where is? with no guaranties, or warranties as to condition, value, merchantability, safety, or usability. The item will be considered sold without any exceptions upon the final gavel by the auctioneer. Possession will be obtained upon proper settlement. Purchaser will be responsible for the removal, insurance, breakdown, arranging, shifting, loading, and securing of load for any items purchased. Buy on your own inspection. For online bidders who do not pay within 3 business days of auction will be considered slow to pay and the auction company reserves the right to ban that buyer from bidding at any future auctions.
