If you are the successful bidder (purchaser), you will be notified within 24 hours of the close of the auction, at which time you will be required to e-sign a real estate auction contract and return via e-mail within 12 hours. Purchaser must send via wire transfer any and all additional funds necessary to comply with the 10% non-refundable earnest money required by the real estate auction company contract within 2 banking days following the auction. All earnest money is non-refundable, except for default by Seller. 5. Balance is due on or before June 2, 2009. Time is of the essence in the closing of this transaction. 6. In the event of any dispute before, during, or after the auction, the auctioneer’s determination shall be conclusive and final. In the event of a tie bid, where two or more bidders believe they each have the winning bid, the auctioneer will reopen the bidding between those bidders.
