Colt Model 1849 Percussion Pocket Revolver 

Lot # 1 (Sale Order: 1 of 880)      

.31 caliber, 4" barrel,  S/N 276802. Matching numbers throughout. Year of production 1865. Two-line barrel address. Cylinder roll engraved with stagecoach robbery scene. With walnut grips. 

Condition: Brown patina with dents and dings from service wear. Light trace of a cylinder scene.

Colt Model 1849 Percussion Pocket Revolver Cased 

Lot # 2 (Sale Order: 2 of 880)      

.31 caliber, 6" barrel, S/N 25747. Walnut grips, velvet lined walnut case with eagle flask. Colt mold, caps and balls. Case has key. 

Condition: Very good. Bore very good. Mechanically sound, metal and grips show dents and dings from normal field use. Gray gun, no finish present. Cylinder does not match.

.41 RF caliber, 2.25" plated barrel, S/N 5630. Rosewood grips. Nickel plate finish. 

Condition: Very good. Very good bore. Most of the original finish, losing plating on some high spots.

Lot # 4 (Sale Order: 4 of 880)      

.31 caliber, 5" barrels. Six-shot with scroll engraved frame and nipple shield. The bar-type hammer is marked Allen's Patent 1845. The barrel is marked Allen & Thurber Worcester. With walnut bag grips. 

Condition: Very good. The barrel and frame have a mottled grey patina. All the nipples are intact. The grips have some nicks and dings. The bores are in good condition.

.31 caliber, 3" four shot barrels, S/N 385. Walnut bag grip, roll engraved side plates, Allen's Patent 1845 on hammer and between barrels. 

Condition: Good. Brown gun with overall pitted finish. Bores are dark and pitted. Makes a good display piece.

Colt Army Percussion Revolver Model 1860 

Lot # 11 (Sale Order: 11 of 880)      

.44 caliber, round barrel with one-line address, S/N 64217. Metal cleaned to white with traces of blue on the loading lever and frame. Marked "COLT'S PATENT.' Round cylinder has a spot of pitting, no engraved scene. Action works but is a bit loose. Brass trigger guard; walnut grips have 5 'kill' notches carved on the left side. 

Condition: Fair to good; bore dark but with strong rifling. Metal cleaned. Wedge and other parts a little loose and rattle slightly.

.31 caliber, 4" octagonal barrel, five-shot, S/N 298698. New York address, brass backstrap, and triggerguard. Walnut grips. Good cylinder scene. Small Colt's Patent markings on the left side of frame. 

Condition: Very good with a good bore. All markings are very sharp and crisp. The metal surfaces are smooth with traces of original blue. Grips show some wear with some original varnish. Good cylinder scene.

Robbins & Lawrence Model 1841 Mississippi Rifle 

Lot # 20 (Sale Order: 20 of 880)      

.58 caliber, 33" round barrel. Lockplate marked Robbins & Lawrence U.S. and at the rear, Windsor Vermont 1849. Left of barrel marked S.T.P. With two-piece brass patchbox, and brass hardware. Walnut stock. 

Condition: The bore is slightly pitted. The barrel has a mottled brown and silver patina, which has been chemically cleaned. The barrel is also oxidized at the breech. The stock has been repaired near the upper tang.

Gallager Carbine 

Lot # 21 (Sale Order: 21 of 880)      

.50 caliber, 22.25" barrel, S/N 5920. Lockplate marked Manufactd by Richardson & Overman Philada and Gallager's Patent July 17th 1860. Walnut stock with saddle bar and ring. Iron patchbox. 

Condition: The barrel and frame are finished bright with some mottling and light oxidization. The hammer is included with the gun, but is not attached. The stock has several nicks and dings with a chip near the saddle bar. The bore could use a cleaning.
