In full automatic mode, the gearbox is reluctant to change up the gears. In manual mode (via the steering wheel buttons) it operates as normal. Our vendor sought advice from a specialist and the issue could be the ATF fluid level or a speed sensor, both of which would be straight-forward and inexpensive to correct.
