Lot of Four (4) WWII German Dress Bayonets: (1) Short military 14'' slotted dress bayonet with 8'' bright factory-edge unmarked blade; black-checkered composition grip panels and nickel-plated fittings throughout. In black lacquer painted scabbard with original frog. Condition overall is good with overall finish loss, missing push-button to pommel. Blade is bright with factory edge. Scabbard retains approx. 90%-95% of its original black lacquer finish with shallow dent and solid parade-style frog. (2) Fire-Police 15.5'' un-slotted slotted dress bayonet with 10'' bright factory-edge blade with maker's logo of 'M.Weyersberg-Solingen'; black checkered composition grip panels and bright nickel fittings throughout. In blued scabbard. Condition overall is very good to excellent with scabbard retaining approx.90% of its original blue finish having some spotted corrosion. (3) Fire-Police 15.5'' un-slotted slotted dress bayonet with 10'' bright plated blade that is unmarked; black checkered composition grip panels and nickel fittings throughout. In black lacquer painted scabbard. Condition overall is very good with some sharpening to blade edge. Scabbard retains 90%+ of its original black lacquer finish. (4) Fire-Police 16'' un-slotted slotted dress bayonet with 10'' bright factory-edge blade with maker's logo 'ACS'; black checkered composition grip panels and nickel fittings throughout. In black lacquer painted scabbard. Condition overall is very good to excellent, with scabbard retaining approx. 80%-90% of its original blue finish with some spotted corrosion. (2) German dress bayonet, 10'' bright blade, 15'' overall, with black checkered scales, and black painted scabbard lightly marked with previous German owner's name. Blade is lightly hand marked ''Hand Forged / Capps''; left grip is etched ''Capps'', and the back of the leather sheath has the name Capps written in ink. Lot of Three (3) WWII Style US Fighting Knives: (1) Theater-made 11'' knife in tooled leather scabbard, with heavy 6.5'' thin bright blade, brass crossguard and thick stacked leather grip and pommel. Minty blade with razor-sharp factory edge is marked 'Lampson & Goodnow 8145'. Condition is excellent overall. This knife maker remains the oldest in the country and one of their blades was used in the making of this theater knife. (2) Case 9'' knife, in heavily-stitched brown leather scabbard with snap strap closure marked 'Remington UMC'; 5'' bright blade is stamped on ricasso 'CASE', with brass crossguard and tight glossy stacked leather grip with aluminum pommel. Scabbard is for a 6.5'' blade and shows age. Condition is excellent overall with knife near mint. (3) Post-war 9'' knife in USAF leather survival knife scabbard. Bright unmarked blade with stacked leather grip and aluminum pommel. Both knife and scabbard are excellent to near mint condition. Est.: $200-$300/lot....more

1895 German Cavalry Lance

1895 German Cavalry Lance, Imperial German Uhlan, maker marked and dated ''Weyersberg-Kirschbaum, Solingen 1895''; multi-piece, matching numbered, blued steel with turned center grip with brass trim. Beautiful polished steel hollow ground spear-point tip with integral mounting studs for a battle pennant at the business end. Lance is 10.5 ft. long and made as well as any period weapon. These were eventually exported to Argentina and this one is marked as such 'Modelo Argentino'. Condition is excellent retaining 95%+ finish and appearing as unused. $400-$500. NASH M.C.''. In matching large 20'' teakwood scabbard hand carved on each side with officer's name, rank, and unit, as well as the artist's name, location and the date 1944; steel blade marked No.300B - Birmingham England. This one-of-a-kind named piece is in excellent overall condition. (2) USMC 16'' knife in issue thick leather scabbard. Blade is a heavy, bright 7'' bolo-style marked 'USMC -VILLAGE BLACK SMITH,' with brass riveted wood grip. In scabbard stamped USMC BOYT 43 with brass throat and wire belt hook. Limited Edition Ka-Bar USMC Fighting Knife, commemorating the 200th Anniversary of the U.S. Marine Corps, 1775-1975, serial no. 1058 of 2500. Gold etched commemorative 7'' blade, silver-plated and serial numbered guard, as well as silver-plated pommel bearing a USMC logo and oakleaf motif, with five-groove stacked leather washer handle. Fitted wood case with inlaid USMC raised medallion; inside with brass plaque and Certificate of Authenticity. Condition is near excellent. Blade with scattered fine scratching. Guard with thinning and small losses to silver plating. Overall the knife shows no signs of use but just light signs of age and storage. Case with light to moderate mars and dings from handling. U.S. Model 1852 Naval Officer's Sword, marked ''Germany'', 30-1/2'' blade, 36'' overall, with gold-plated brass crossguard, wire-wrapped skate grip, with stars, leaves, acorn and dolphin motifs. In black leather scabbard with gold-plated throat, chape and central portion. Probably dating from the 1920s. Condition is good to very good. Etched blade shows thinning to detail and some areas of light corrosion that should clean. Gold plating to guard and pommel has thinned and remains only in protected areas. Skateskin and wire wrap are excellent. Gilt to scabbard hardware has thinned and remains only in protected areas; leather portion is solid with crazing and minor chips to black tanned leather. Custom made Combat Knife, by Eickhorn/NWM, appears to have been made from a Soviet style or Stoner type assault rifle bayonet, 6-1/2'' blade with partially serrated top edge, 11-1/4'' overall, with wood handle, black spacers, brass guard that has been modified to look like the claw end of a hammer, and a brass pommel. Left side of blade marked with the Eickhorn squirrel as well as the ''NWM'' logo. Condition is very good. Blade shows signs of additional sharpening with scattered fine carbon spotting. Brass parts with moderate even toning. Handle with fine impressions and other small marks. Knife resembles WWII era theater-made combat knives with the exception of the knuckle guard not being complete. Est.: $100-$200....more

Wollensak Optic Co. Model 1918 6x Battery Commander's Periscope, with case, tripod and mount; scope #3482. Periscope is 27-5/8'' overall in length, with adjustable eyepiece. All items are painted OD green. Fitted two-piece case is missing side leather straps. Tripod with adjustable legs, no visible maker's markings, with post-war paint added. Condition of the periscope, mount and case is very good showing normal signs of age and wear. Optics are clear with the exception of what appear to be internal fingerprints (should improve with a thorough cleaning). Periscope end with clear maker mark and model designation.
