Right side lockplate marked ''C. Sharps' Pat Oct. 5th 1852'' and ''R.S. Lawrence Pat/April 12th 1859''; right side of frame marked ''C Sharps' Pat/ Sept 12th 1848''. Rear sight marked ''R.S. Lawrence Patented Feb 15th 1859''. Condition is good with most all the finish having toned a speckled gray/brown. Ignition area near nipple is fine with only very light erosion; pellet priming system is intact. Ring bar with light dent. Stock and forend show scuffs and impressions commensurate with the overall condition of this carbine; area near cheekpiece with some wood filler. The original six-groove rifling is very good and may clean somewhat. Est.: $1,800-$2,400. (Antique)

Spencer Model 1865 Lever Action Carbine, #10824, .52 Spencer cal., 20'' round barrel, straight grip walnut stock and forearm, buttstock with sling swivel base and steel b...moreuttplate; buttplate with removable tube magazine. Barrel with a blade front and ladder rear sight. Rifle also features the saddle ring and bar. Top of barrel behind the rear sight is marked ''M.1865''; top of receiver ''SPENCER REPEATING / RIFLE CO. BOSTON MASS. / PAT'D MARCH 6, 1860''. In good overall antique condition. Barrel with a combination brown and darkening patina with traces of blue highlights, mainly in the protected areas. Receiver, hammer, etc. are dark overall with some fine pitting and an old coat of clear preservative that has somewhat yellowed, and some of which has started to flake off. Buttstock rates a little higher than the rest of the rifle with scattered impressions and some dark patches, having a nice tight fit at the upper and lower tang, etc. Forearm shows wear consistent with the rest of the rifle including a more pronounced dent to the left side, as well as the number ''56'' scratched into the surface. Maker's marks are mostly clear. Good action with a tight hammer and trigger. Bore with some small spots of erosion but is overall very good for its age. Est.: $800-$1,200. (Antique)

Includes reproduction leather sling. Condition is very good with mellow toning to blue surfaces, and silvering to case hardening. Stock with light to moderate scuffs, dings and scratches. Remington Beals 1st Model Pocket Percussion Revolver, NVSN, .31 cal., 5-shot, 3'' octagonal barrel, brown patina finish, gutta percha grips, with German silver triggergua...morerd, and cone-shaped front sight. Top strap marked ''Manufactured by / Remingtons / Ilion, N.Y.'' Developed by Fordyce Beals (1807-1870) during his short employ by Remington. The first revolver model made by the Remington factory and produced for only one year, ca. mid-1850s. Condition is very good with metal surfaces showing a smooth cylinder and nice brown patina finish. Gutta percha grips are excellent with no breaks or cracks. Action is tight, bore is somewhat dark and should clean. Used by both sides during the American Civil War. Est.: $450-$600. (Antique)

Barrels are a silvery gray overall with general very fine pitting. Grips are very good showing normal small surface dents and shallow scratches. Barrel address does have a few spots that are slightly obscured by pitting, but the entire address is legible. Good action and bores; bores with a few spots of light erosion and look good for their age. Est.: $600-$800. (Antique)
