Single-family owned. Our consignor's late father in law bought this motorcycle new in 1980 from a dealership on Main Street in Columbus. The family story goes that this was the first one sold in Ohio. Indeed, there weren't many of these sold anywhere at all, as just 250 were produced in 1980. It was always kept in a heated garage and is in excellent condition. Starts, runs, drives. Gas tank is clean. Has its original tires along with a new set of tires installed. Four cylinder motor with the four into two exhaust system., five speed transmission and an enclosed driveshaft. Has both center and side stands. After our consignor's father in law passed away in 2019 our consignor had the carbs rebuilt, new fuel lines installed along with a new fuel filter, an oil change, the installation of new tires and a cleaning of the gas tank. The original tires are included with this bike, they look great but show some dry rot. Our consignor put around 500 miles on this bike over the past 2.5 years. Total mileage is 2,404. A nearly identical bike with 6,400 miles recently brought $11,250 on Bring A Trailer! Clean title is in hand. Cash, cashier's check or wire only. V8, 4.6 Liter. 6.5' bed. Starts, runs and drives well. Was in regular use by our consignor. 4HI and 4LO both working, and of course 2WD. Very clean interior and exterior. Has a few scratches on the exterior as well as some areas where white paint transferred from a wooden fence the owner of this truck brushed up against with the truck. Frame looks good, as does undercarriage and body throughout. Some rust visible underneath but we didn't see much, please see the photos for how clean this truck is. Clean title in hand. We drove this around and it seemed great. Slight whining sound when applying the gas, you can hear it in the video and we mention it. It did not seem serious. Cash, cashier's check or wire only. Has the ABS/Parking Brake lights on that are often on for Silverado trucks of this era. Blinking check engine light, and low coolant warning. We don't believe the coolant is low, it may just be a sensor issue or may just need a little bit more coolant. We ran this truck for about 30 min and it didn't get hot or overheat. Has the usual rocker and wheel well rust. Underside is OK, some surface rust on the frame but OK overall. Cash, cashier's check or wire only. Payment due by 5 pm on Jan 22.
