Many great relics from the recently acquired David & Josephine Ramp collection out of Indiana as well as the New York contact period items from the collection of Ted and Theresa Siri plus other choice consignments. ALL ITEMS sold by Premiere Auctions Group are pre-screened for authenticity and come with a 30 day return privilege. * NOTE* Buyers Premium beginning May 1st 2024 is 13% in person bidding and 18% online through Proxibid.

How to pay for your auction wins: All invoices that total less than $1,000.00 will automatically be applied to your card on file with Proxibid. Please be sure your card on file is valid and not expired. Credit card processing fees apply. If your invoice total is greater than $1,000, you have the option to mail in a check or money order. You must notify us within 24 hours after the auction has ended that you will be mailing in payment otherwise the card on file will be charged. Please notify via email to liz@premiereauctionsgroup.com. If we do not receive an email within 24 hours, the credit card on file will be charged. If you are mailing in payment: > Deduct the Processing fee > If you are not a resident of Ohio - Deduct the sales tax as Premiere Auctions does not remit out of state sales tax. It is your responsibility to pay any due taxes directly to the governmental agencies who may require it in your area. Certificates of Authenticity are available for $15.00 each. You must notify us within 24 hours of the sale ending which lots you would like certificates on. While we do try to complete inspections and process COAs the week of the auction, certificates can take up to 10 days as each items needs to be reinspected microscopically. While we do prescreen items heavily prior to each sale, it is impossible to scope each artifact. Once items are shipped, we can no longer produce a COA unless you return the items for a thorough inspection.

Shipping Instructions: Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. You must request to have insurance added to your invoice prior to your items shipping by emailing liz@premiereauctionsgroup.com or calling the Premiere office at 419-207-8787. Insurance is NOT automatically added and Premiere Auctions Group, LLC is NOT responsible for any items that are lost or damaged once they are in the care of the shipping company or USPS. Shipping is based on USPS Priority Mail fees and the size, weight and number of items. We will combine as many items as we safely can. Pottery items are usually shipped separately. Items marked as 'Floor Only' are to be sold only to the floor crowd and carried from the room and cannot be shipped. Items marked as 'Pick-up Only' must be picked up at the Premiere Auction Facility no longer than 7 days from the sales date. If not picked up within 7 days, and if no other arrangements have been made, Premiere Auctions Group will consider the item(s) to have been abandoned.

All items come with a 30 day return privilege. No buyers remorse returns please. After 30 days all consignors are paid and the funds are no longer available for refund. Please advise ASAP within the 30 day period if you have an item you wish to return. An 18% Buyers Premium applies to all items sold effective May 1, 2024. Auctioneer has final say on determining which bidder is the high bidder. Auctioneer has final say on resolving any bidding disputes, and any decision to re-open bidding is at his sole discretion. Premiere Auctions Group, LLC reserves the right to refuse admittance and/or participation in this auction to any individual or group. Bidders shall be the sole judge of value. State Sales Tax will be applied by Proxibid to all sales unless a tax exemption certificate has been filed with Proxibid online. Out of state sales tax numbers will be accepted. You MUST register your tax exemption information directly through Proxibid 72 hours PRIOR to the auction start. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, value or any other determinative factor. Premiere Auctions Group, LLC shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Premiere Auctions Group, LLC will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Well made 4 1/4" patinated Bell Pendant made from black Slate. Found in Richland Co., Ohio.

8 1/2" wide Mississippian Pottery Bowl - Sikestown Site in Mississippi Co., Arkansas.

2 3/8" thin and well made Quad. Exact found location is unknown .

2 1/8" by 2 1/2" Pottery Shard with exceptional face effigy. Recovered in Cayuga, New York.

2 7/16" long 3/4 Groove Hammerstone found in Ohio.

Pair of large Sandstone Effigy Pipes that were field found in Indiana.

4 3/8" Bi-Pointed Knife - Petrified Wood. Found by Norma Berg near the Columbia River.

Superb! 5 3/4" Pick Bannerstone found on E. McManama farm, Whitley Co, Indiana.

2 7/16" Cascade with great flaking. Found in the 1950's by Norma Berg near the Columbia River.
