In no event shall Bachmann Auctioneers be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. No property is to be removed from premises until paid for. All guarantees are between buyer and seller. All statements made by the auctioneer the day of sale shall take precedence over any printed or oral statements. If you have a question about sales tax contact the auction company prior to the day of the auction closing. A $35 document fee on all titled items will apply. SALES TAX EXEMPTIONS: Buyers with a VALID exemption certificate are not required to pay sales tax for equipment and miscellaneous, but MUST present a copy of their certificate at time of registration at EACH AUCTION. Sales tax will be charged for each item on this auction unless buyer is tax exempt. By signing up and bidding at our auctions, you may be placed on to our email list and receive emails of upcoming auctions Terms: online bidding only. Buyer must pick these items up or arrange for shipping themselves at their own expense. There is a 10% buyer’s premium on all items. Cash, good check, credit card (with a 5% convenience fee added for credit card purchases), and wire transfer will be accepted. All items must be removed by Sat. May 5th. All items to be removed by the buyer. Item pickup date is Saturday April 28th from 9am to 12PM. Minnesota Sales tax will apply to all items. Tax Exempt forms must be filled out and signed for tax to be waived for any tax exempt buyers. All items are sold as-is with no guarantees. Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items on the auction. All titled items will be transferred to new buyers. The Auction company has the right to decline or refuse bidding to any buyers. Once the item is sold it becomes the sole responsibility of the buyer. Titled items: If you purchase a titled item and would like the title transferred immediately, you must pay cash or credit card. Any titled items that are purchased with a check payment, the titles will not be released until the check is cleared through the bank and may take 5-9 days. If you do not want to wait that long, then you must pay cash or credit card for those titled items no exceptions. Buyer understands any items listed with a title delay could take an unknown amount of time depending on the issue. If you have a question on any item with a title delay, make sure to contact the auction company prior to bidding. All titles will be transferred to the buyer and the titles will not be given out until properly filled out. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Bachmann Auctioneers, LLC or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Bachmann Auctioneers, LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours prior to the auction closing. Please contact the auction company for checkout dates & times. All items must be removed by Sat. May 5th. Buyer will be responsible for any loading costs. Removal date is Sat. April 28th from 9AM to 12PM. You must come on Saturday April 28th from 9am to 12pm to pickup any items that are located in the shop. Buyers can pickup items that are located outside the shop after that date but the items must be removed by Sat. May 5th.
