The software looks and works best if you use Google Chrome as your browser. Please do not plan to bid from a smart phone, iPad or tablet as the items do not update as quickly as a desk top or laptop computer and it may appear you have the high bid when you may not; This is most important when the auction items start closing. If you choose to not use a laptop or desk top computer, we recommend that you utilize the max bidding option and place your max bid to protect your bid.
The auction has extended bidding. If someone bids on an item in the last seconds, the closing time on that item will extend for 2 minutes to allow counter-bids to be placed. That will continue on that item until there is no activity and the lot closes. Each lot will consecutively start closing four minutes after the one before it. Even if the lot has been extended, the next lot will begin to close as scheduled.
If you are a new user or if you have a slower or unreliable internet connection, we recommend using the maximum bid feature. If you leave your maximum bid, the software will advance your bid as other people bid. If the bidding stops at an amount less than your maximum bid, then that will be your high bid. If two buyers place the same maximum bid amount on a lot, the high bid will be awarded to whichever buyer placed their maximum bid first. Please note: if there is a reserve on the item and the reserve has not been met then the item will not be declared as sold.

Payment
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY WIRE TRANSFER before the end of the day on April 2, 2024. Smaller items under $ 5,000.00 (five thousand dollars) may be paid via Credit Card with a additional 4% (four percent) Credit Card Convenience Fee.
A 10% (ten percent) Buyers Commission will be charged on the first $ 100,000.00 of each item and a 6% (six percent) Buyers commission will be charged on all amounts over $ 100,000.01 per item.
All applicable Sales Tax will be charged at this auction unless buyer provides exemption paperwork prior to payment.
In order to register and bid for this auction, you must provide Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc with a letter of introduction from your bank that guarantees payment for a specified amount to Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc OR a credit card with a minimum $5,000.00 credit line for registration purposes ONLY. All payments must be made by WIRE TRANSFER.
Wire transfers must be received by close of business on Tuesday April 2, 2024. Contact Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc at (870) 503-1466 or (870) 503-1438 for wire transfer information. For successful bidders the invoice that you receive from Proxibid will contain the wire information, too.
All successful online bidders not completing a wire transfer to our account in a timely manner, will have the credit card on file charged with the invoice total, there will be a additional 5% surcharge for using the Credit Card on file as a payment method.
All International buyers not having a U.S. Bank account or not able to provide a letter of credit from a U.S. Bank will be required to make a $20,000.00 minimum deposit to register to bid. Contact us prior to the auction if you have questions or need to make other arrangements.
