Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Witcher Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Witcher Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. This is a temporary yard with limited security. Witcher Auctions will make every attempt possible to protect your merchandise, but once an item is declared sold it is the buyer's responsibility whether the winning bidder is online or attending the auction in person. TITLES: Unless specifically stated in auction catalog or by Auctioneer, Witcher Auctions in no way guarantees a Title for any Vehicle, Trailer, ATV, etc. If you are unsure about the Title status of an item, please inquire before bidding. TAXES/FEES: 9.5% Sales tax must be collected unless valid exemption is presented at checkout. Please note all items, other than on highway trucks & automobiles now require sales tax to be collected. We are required to collect sales tax on ATVs, campers, trailers, etc unless you have a resale exemption or are having delivered out of state by a 3rd party common carrier. A bill of lading for out of state delivery is required for the out of state delivery exemption. ONSITE: 10% Buyer's premium on first $2,500.00 and 3% on the balance of each item. ONLINE: 13% Buyer's premium on first $2,500 and 6% on the balance of each item. 5% Administrative fee on all credit card purchases. A $25 Title fee will be charged to the buyer of any titled vehicles. Announcements sale day take precedence over all advertisements.
