Item Details

1. Please note that every piece of running machinery in this auction ran and operated in a basic function test unless otherwised noted in the description. Most running items have a basic "inspection" to cover basic operational tests of machinery. This is a brief test and is not a warranty or guarantee of an item's soundness. We've just made every attempt to give you, the buyer, all of the information we can. We strongly encourage you to come inspect and thoroughly test items before bidding. Any item that is listed as "*INOP" means that it is inoperable for one reason or another and usually we don't know why. If we do know why, it will be stated in the description. 2. Titles - Any vehicle with a title will be noted in the description as "TITLE"... if the description says "TITLE DELAY" it just means that we guarantee a transferrable title, but we don't have it in our possesion yet. Often times we receive them from the seller within 48 hours, but it could take a few weeks if it's dependent on the state's title office. We will FedEx them to you ASAP once we receive them. 3. If an item says 'NO TITLE" it means just that! We don't have one, don't promise one and never will have one. You will not get a title from us on these items. You would be wasting your time to ask about a title if we have explicitly stated that there is "NO TITLE" so we appreciate you understanding this before bidding.

Payment

All purchases must be paid in full via wire transfer or certified funds delivered in person by 5:00PM on Tuesday, December 26, 2023. We do not accept payments by mail. NOTE: Invoices for internet purchases will be EMAILED shortly after the auction is complete as a PDF attachment and will include the total price (hammer price + buyers premium + title fee+Sales Tax, etc.) . Invoices from Proxibid will only show hammer prices. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS ON FILE WITH PROXIBID. If you do not receive an invoice from Witcher Auctions within 24 hours of the close of the auction please contact Witcher Auctions immediately at 870-238-1400. INTERNET BUYER'S PREMIUM 13% Buyer's premium on first $2,500 and 6% on the balance of each item. A 5% administrative fee will be charged on all credit card purchases in addition to all other charges. 9.5% Sales tax must be collected unless valid exemption is presented at checkout. Please note all items, other than on highway trucks & automobiles now require sales tax to be collected. We are required to collect sales tax on ATVs, campers, trailers, etc unless you have a resale exemption or are having delivered out of state by a 3rd party common carrier. A bill of lading for out of state delivery is required for the out of state delivery exemption. A title fee of $25.00 will be charged to the buyer of all vehicles with a title. Your registration and participation in this auction through Proxibid is a legally binding contract. In the event that a buyer refuses to pay in full for an item or items purchased at this auction, Witcher Auctions retains the right to pursue payment as well as compensation for any applicable legal fees to the full extent of the law in Cross County, AR, the venue of business transactions with Witcher Auctions.

Auction Terms & Conditions All items sell AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Preview of items is available any time prior to auction, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, and Saturday December 9th and 16th from 8-5, and is strongly encouraged. There is no warranty expressed or implied on auction items. Buyer's are responsible for reading descriptions, examining pictures and inspecting items in person to their satisfaction before bidding. All bids are a legally binding contract, and all sales are final. Contact consent: By registering to bid in this auction, you are giving Witcher Auctions consent to send you marketing messages by text and/or email from time to time. You can unsubscribe at anytime and will no longer receive these alerts. This Day 1 is Live and Online, Day 2 is Online only. A credit card is required to register for online bidding. Nothing will be charged to your card UNLESS you fail to pay or make payment arrangements within 48 hours of the auction close.
