SHIPPING/FREIGHT: Buyer Responsible for All Insurance, Postage, Shipping/Packing Materials, and Labor/Time to Prepare Package. Depending on the Auction, Shipping Can Be Handled in One or More of the Following Three Ways: A: In-House - Our Firm will Prepare Your Items for Shipment and Tracking Info Will Be Emailed to You. B: See Firearms Terms Below for Out of State Buyers. C: PakMail in Fremont Will Ship Anything Besides Ammunition and Firearms. They will contact you for payment prior to shipping your items. FEES: This auction has a 19% buyers premium. This means that a final bid of $100 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $119.00 FIREARMS TERMS: All buyers will be required to fill out and sign a 4473 form for your purchases. Out-of-State Buyers Must Have Their Receiving FFL Send Us a Copy of Their FFL Certificate and We Will Ship Your Firearms or Lower Receivers Out ASAP. Out-of-state buyers onsite will have their firearms shipped or delivered to their local FFL in their state for pickup. Anyone buying with a valid FFL license can carry their gun home with them regardless of the state you live in. Local buyers with a valid handgun purchase permit, concealed carry permit or valid FFL can take their firearms with them after filling out the proper paperwork. Local buyers without a handgun purchase permit will be required to pay for a NICS background check, once passed, they can take shotguns and rifles with them. All buyers buying handguns must have a minimum of a handgun purchase permit in order to take the firearm with you. No Sales of Firearms to Anyone Under the Age of 21. Keep in mind that some, most, or all of these items are used and may have some flaws, etc. We encourage you to preview the items in person if possible. • All descriptions are believed accurate but not warranted.
