This auction is being conducted within sections 2328 of the commercial code. Section 535 of the penal code and various provisions of the CA Civil codes. Your buying the items as is, where is, there is nothing expressed or implied. The is considered an abandoned property auction and is being sold to satisfy a lien.
Your are responsible for packing, moving and hauling your own goods. On the larger equipment you will have to coordinate a transport for the items and should reach out to me on the logistics. You may need to hire someone in order to place it on pallets and or prep for transport. any shipping that is needed or in consideration please call me first.
Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determining factor. USAuctions may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, or on the Internet but makes no representations. In no event shall USAuctions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
