The more guns that a buyer purchases, the better the shipping rate will be. Items other than firearms will have a shipping cost listed at the end of the description... - All firearms will be shipped via UPS... - WE WAIT THREE DAYS AFTER THE AUCTION BEFORE WE START PACKING/ SHIPPING. Our pictures equally represent each guns good & bad features. - EVERY ITEM IS BEING SOLD “AS IS”, THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR REIMBURSEMENTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, PLEASE BID ACCORDINGLY!! - In order for an auctioneer to utilize ProxiBid's new ATG Payment System, the buyer’s sales tax (for the state in which they live) is automatically deducted. There is no way to bypass this feature for an auctioneer. Many states now require sales tax for auction items, but not all. If you live in a state that has passed an Auction Sales Tax Law (which most have in the past few years), the system automatically deducts your states percentage. If you live in a state that does not require sales tax on auction items, no tax will be added. Also, if you have a State Tax Number, you can register it with ProxiBid and no sales tax will be deducted. This new software is designed to make payments easier for the buyer and take the burden of the required sale tax off the auctioneer.
