Check (with Bank Letter of Credit), Money Order or wire transfer plus transfer fee, cash will be accepted for local pick up only. for online bidders, there will be a 4% per item buyer's premium which will be added to the final bid price. Payment must be received at the office of Chuck Sutton Auctioneer & Land Broker LLC prior to pick up. The mailing address associated with the auction company is 1116 N. West Ave. Sioux Falls SD 57104.

Auction Catalog is a guide only. Auction Company reserves the right to group lots, reduce or add quantity to lots, or delete lots.

All purchases must be paid in full within 3-5 days of the sale. After an item has been sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
