PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: We will charge the credit card on file with Proxibid upon the close of auction. You do not need to contact us to make payment. A second charge will be charged for shipping once the shipping is established.

In addition to the invoice email sent through Proxibid you will receive an email and or texts to schedule a pickup appointment or select shipping. Please respond to that email/text so we can expedite pickup/shipping.

Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval.
1. Payment options for this auction will be Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover).
2. We will charge the credit card that you have registered with Proxibid at the conclusion of the auction. You will have a second charge for shipping and handling (if applicable) once it is calculated.
3. Wire transfers for payment of purchases over $1000 is available. Contact pmorganauctions@gmail.com for information before bidding!
4. Please verify that the credit card that you have on file with Proxibid is a good card. Auction Company reserves right to charge up to $25 as a service fee for any cards that are declined for ANY reason.
5. No Cash or Check payments at this time. Currency Type: USD
6. Registering to bid constitutes your acceptance of all terms: By bidding you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions. No exceptions. This is an absolute auction. ALL Buyers are responsible to bring their own help(Labor) to assist with pickup and loading, as well as their own packing supplies(Box and wrapping paper, packing pads). The Auction Company does not provide manpower for pickup or loading.

NO SHIPPING OF FURNITURE OR LARGE ITEMS.

If a buyer does buy a larger item, the item, at the discretion of the in-house shipping manager, will be taken to a third-party shipper, UPS or FEDEX store, for packing and shipping. Patrick Morgan Auction Services, LLC reserves the right to charge a handling fee, not to exceed $25 per item and based on size, for delivery to the third-party shipper.

The Packing and Shipping Fees are between the BUYER and the third-party shipper. The BUYER assumes ALL risk of loss, upon delivery to the third-party shipper. Should BUYER reject the third-party shipper's packing and shipping charges, the Item/s will be considered abandoned, and ownership reverts to Auction Company and/or original Seller with NO REFUND to BUYER, at which time the Auction Co. and/or Seller may resell said item/s and retain ALL proceeds as liquidated damages and related costs of removal or disposal.
We strive to satisfy all our buyer's shipping needs; however, we are an auction company, not a shipping company. Our in-house shipping manager tries very hard to find the cheapest and best way to get all purchases to our buyers safe and efficiently. PLEASE DO NOT BID ON ITEMS UNLESS YOU'RE WILLING TO PAY ENTIRE THE COST OF SHIPPING AND HANDLING.
If payment is not made or if credit card is declined, bidder assumes no ownership. Title only passes when payment clears, otherwise the item(s) are declared abandoned by you with no further claims to ownership by you and no return of funds.
