Terms Of Sale
1.Real estate property located at 3100 Marsh Grove Lane Unit 3214 Southport, NC is being offered for sale AS IS WHERE IS, subject to all property lines, zoning restrictions, streets or roads, right-of-way, easements, accesses, ingresses and egresses to and from subject property as recorded in the county tax office, register of deeds and/or surveyors maps, and hereby being said property as described in seller’s deed.
2. Seller WILL NOT be required to make any changes, deletions, and/or additions to add to or take away from the value of the property.

4.A contract will be emailed following the auction to the winning bidder. The contract must be sign & returned via email by 5PM EST Day after the auction.
