OUR TERMS ARE VERY SIMPLE AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND. PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS INFORMATION BEFORE BIDDING.
1- There is a 15% Buyers Premium if paying by credit card, (The card on file will be used unless otherwise instructed) or there is a 12% Buyers Premium if paying by cash, check or money order. (Payment may be made in person or mailed to PO Box 68, Carthage, IL 62321)
ALL BUYERS PLANNING TO PAY BY CASH, CHECK OR MONEY ORDER MUST EMAIL US BY MONDAY, FEBRUARY 1 AT 5:00 pm. - auction@willsullivanauction.com
2- We will charge the credit card on file for each buyers purchases on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 2 (UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED)
3- Each item will have a shipping cost listed at the end of the description. (Shipping is based on a $1 per pound weight scale, listed below)
If you purchase several items under 15lbs ($15 shipping cost) we will lower the shipping cost if we can, it all depends on weight. Please do not count on a discounted rate.
4- Items may be picked up to avoid shipping costs. (Pick Up Dates - Sunday, Jan. 31 - Saturday, Feb. 6 from 10am to 6pm everyday)
5- Each successful buyer will receive a invoice after the conclusion of the auction. This email will come from ProxiBid and will NOT include shipping. If you would like to have your items shipped, please email us at auction@willsullivanauction.com and we will email you another invoice with shipping included.
6- Everything will be shipped via UPS directly to the address that you have on file. You must have a "Physical Address" listed, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. If your state requires that ammunition be shipped to an FFL, please have your dealer email us a copy of their license at auction@willsullivanauction.com
7- There is NO SALES TAX
8- If a buyers credit card on file is "DECLINED" there will be a $20 charge each time it does not go through.
