Buyer's premium: 15%, 5% cash/check discount. No Equipment/listing will be released until paid in full. Successful bidder is responsible for wire transfer fees. Successful bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction close to finalize invoicing and payment details. Sales Tax will be charged on non-titled items, unless buyer provides proper tax exemption form. Payment needs to be received within 48 hours from completion of the auction. We will notify buyer when full payment is received and item may be picked up.
Items must be removed within two weeks of conclusion of the auction. A storage fee of $25.00 daily storage fee will be assessed for each additional day! Any item not picked up within 30 days will be resold and NO refund will be returned to the buyer. Storage, insurance, tear-down, loading and removal of items is at the sole risk, expense and liability of the buyer. All sales are final.
Please allow 20 days from payment clearing our bank for titles.
