No live auction. All pickups must be by appointment only! Please carefully review all terms and conditions for the auction as they will be strictly enforced.**

PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS:
Pick up times available May 27 - June 3 by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Items not picked up after this time frame will be resold with no refund. No exceptions. Items must be picked up by APPOINTMENT ONLY. The Pennsylvania Dept of Health mandates that MASKS ARE REQUIRED to enter the building. Please call Lindsey (443-465-6458) to schedule an appointment to pick up your items. Items must be removed within one week of conclusion of the auction. Any item not picked up within one week will be RESOLD and NO refund will be returned to the buyer. NO EXCEPTIONS. Storage, insurance, tear-down, loading and removal of items is at the sole risk, expense, and liability of the buyer. Flats seen in the photos are not included with the items.
