Item Details
5.5% sales tax applied unless valid S-211 tax exempt form submitted before auction close. Buyer's Fee: 18% ONLINE - 15% PHONE Bid - 10% ABSENTEE Bid. Any online purchase(s) $5,000 or over require a wire transfer or cash payment. The credit card used for bidding registration will be charged the morning of the next business day following the auction unless otherwise specified (email info@wyoderauction.com, respond to Unpaid invoice or add to Notes to Auctioneer). If the card does not go through for the full amount owed, WYoder Auction, LLC has the right to charge the registered card a percentage of the balance due. IMMEDIATLEY contact us if an alternative payment method is preferred (i.e. cash, check), payment must then be submitted within 3 business days. If no payment is made by the 3rd business day, the credit card on file will be charged.
Payment
THIS AUCTION REQUIRES A $500 DEPOSIT
All payments are due immediately following the auction.
The credit card that you use to register will automatically be charged for the items that you purchase. If you choose to pay by check or money order, once your payment is received all items will be held a minimum of 2 weeks or until your method of payment clears our bank. Any dollar amount exceeding $10,000 will be required to do a wire transfer (we charge $10 processing fees for wire transfers). We will automatically charge 10% on dollar amounts over $10,000 to the credit card used to register.
If you are the successful bidder on an item and you fail to pay for it, you will still owe 20% to W Yoder Auction, LLC for commission fees. You are authorizing W Yoder Auction, LLC to charge your credit card a minimum of 20% of the gross of your item(s).
Any credit cards that come back as "declined", the items will be resold at the owner's expense.
