ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY WIRE TRANSFER. ONSITE BUYERS COMMISSION: A 5% Buyers Commission will be charged on each item selling for $ 100,000.00 or less. All items selling for more than $ 100,000.01 will have a Buyers Commission rate of 5% on the first $ 100,000.00 and 3% on all amounts above $ 100,000.01, per item. Example #1: Items sells onsite for $ 30,000.00 + 5% Buyers Commission ($ 1,500.00) for a total price of $ 31,500.00. Example #2: Item sells onsite for $ 400,000.00 + 5% Buyers Commission on first $ 100,000.00 ($ 5,000.00) + 3% Buyers Commission on amounts from $ 100,000.01 - $ 400,000.00 ($ 9,000.00) for a total price of $ 414,000.00. ONLINE BUYERS COMMISSION: In addition to the Onsite Buyers Commission, a Online Buyers Commission of 2.5% will be charged on each item sold at this auction. The Online Buyers Commission is capped at $ 750.00. Example #1: Items sells online for $ 30,000.00 + 5% Buyers Commission ($ 1,500.00) + 2.5% Online Buyers Commission (750.00) for a total price of $ 32,250.00 Example #2: Item sells online for $ 400,000.00 + 5% Buyers Commission on first $ 100,000.00 ($ 5,000.00) + 3% Buyers Commission on amounts from $ 100,000.01 - $ 400,000.00 ($ 9,000.00) + 2.5% capped Online Buyers Commission ($ 750.00) for a total price of $ 414,750.00 Although the Online Buyers Commission is capped at $ 750.00 the onsite Buyers Commission is not. All persons, whether bidding onsite or online will pay the onsite buyers commission on each item sold. All applicable Sales Tax will be charged at this auction unless buyer provides exemption paperwork prior to payment. Nebraska is VERY clear on their tax laws at auction. Sales Tax will be charged on all applicable items at a rate of 5.5% Aircraft will be sold with a Nebraska Form 13 allowing sales tax exemption for in state sales or Nebraska offers a 10 day fly-away exemption on agricultural aircraft sold out of state. All vehicles and trailers are subject to tax when they are registered but we do not have to collect any taxes on these items the day of the auction. Agricultural chemical is exempt from sales tax in the State of Nebraska. In order to register and bid for this auction, you must provide Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc with a letter of introduction from your bank that guarantees payment for a specified amount to Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc OR a credit card with a minimum $5,000.00 credit line for registration purposes ONLY. All payments must be made by WIRE TRANSFER. Wire transfers must be received by close of business on Wednesday April 17, 2019. All successful online bidders not completing a wire transfer to our account in a timely manner, will have the credit card on file charged with the invoice total, there will be a additional 5% surcharge for using the Credit Card on file as a payment method. All International buyers not having a U.S. Bank account or not able to provide a letter of credit from a U.S. Bank will be required to make a $20,000.00 minimum deposit to register to bid.
