Item Details
SN - 27838, This is a horse Calvary carbine from the time period of the Spanish-American War, these guns were made famous by future President Theodore Roosevelt's 1st Volunteer Cavalry "Rough Riders" during the war. Appears all original, 22" barrel, adjustable flip-up sights, side loading gate mechanism, has the usual inspector mark on left side of stock with a box around it but it is very worn and them only thing that can be read is "1895".
