Payment
All winning bidders, who do not opt for local pickup, will be invoiced and automatically billed, to the credit card on file, by noon on the day following the close of the auction. This invoice will reflect the purchase total, buyer’s premium, and a 5.5% sales tax for Wisconsin residents. Buyers who are unable to do local pickup will have their items automatically shipped 1-2 days following the close of the auction. Shipping charges will show up as a secondary charge to the credit card on file. The 3% cash discount applies only to bidders who pick up locally and pay by cash or check.
*Credit Cards are processed through the APN network. If a credit card is declined, the buyer will be charged a $25 processing fee*

SALES TAX: Sales tax will be applied according to local, state, and federal regulations. Winning bidders who are tax exempt must provide their tax exempt number to the auctioneer prior to invoicing.
Unclaimed items will be stored by the auction company at a rate of $1 per day per lot for no longer than 30 days following the close of the auction. After 30 days, these items will become the property of All American Sales & Auctions, LLC. No refunds, credits or charge back’s will be granted due to a lack of removal at the designated times.
