All Property is to be sold "As Is, Where Is" condition with no warranties by seller or auction company. While we believe everything stated hereon to be correct as to the age and description, anything stated day of Auction by owners or Auctioneer will take precedence over all printed materials. However Auctioneer does not accept responsiblity for information presented.
Cashiers check, Credit cards, and Money orders. Items forfeted will incur a 25% restocking fee plus applicable storage fees.
