A. sign an agreement of sale following the close of the auction. Beiler-Campbell Auction Services will make arrangements to e-mail documents that need to be executed and e-mailed back to Beiler-Campbell Auction Services within 48 hours of the end of the auction, bidder will provide email and mailing address. Successful bidder not executing and returning contracts with payment in full within 48 hours will be considered in default.
B. pay a $5,000.00 down payment, in form check, cash or wired funds. The balance of the purchase is due at closing. Purchaser is responsible for wire transfer fees.
3. Deed will record electronically if available or deed to be mailed in for recording, (to be paid by the seller).
4. This sale is not contingent on or subject to financing, appraisal, survey or inspections of any kind. Any and all inspections that the buyer may want, must be done at buyer's expense prior to the auction end.
5. These lots sell with confirmation of the seller. This means the lots will not sell if a satisfactory price to the seller is not met. Beiler-Campbell Auction Services is representing the seller in this transaction.
6. Beiler-Campbell Auction Services has the right to remove any property from the online bidding site. All bidders must log in prior to the close of online bidding to inspect any changes, corrections, or additions to the property information.
