Colt M16 A1 5.56mm Fully Auto Rifle; selector has semi auto and full auto function; carry handle; full hand guard; original 20-inch Colt A1 upper, owner states upper has never been fired; comes with original sling, original box, and owners manuals; firearm is in excellent overall condition; fully functional with only a few light handling marks; these fully auto rifles are highly sought after and are an excellent investment; low starting bid with NO RESERVE! Note: This rifle is currently on a Form 4. The firearm will be transferred to Linkous Auction Group Class III after the sale. Based on your state of residence, it will then either be transferred to the purchaser on a Form 4 or be transferred to a Class III License holder in your state on a Form 3. At that time, your Class III dealer will hold the firearm while a Form 4 is performed on purchaser. It is the purchasers responsibility to know local and state laws regarding this firearm. By bidding, the purchaser agrees that he/she is legal to possess this firearm.
