Part I: Terms and Conditions for the Monthly Coin Auctions:
Each auction is a consignment auction. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS AND WHERE IS. Unless graded by a 3rd party grading service, we do not attribute lots with official grades. We may describe items with adjectives, but this is only an opinion and the actual bidder must solely decide condition. All items must be paid for in full prior to receiving the lots. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS.
A valid credit card is required to be approved as a bidder at this auction. ***PLEASE NOTE won auction lots will be paid by your credit card on file with Proxibid the Tuesday after the auction unless we are notified by email. Please email us at foxvalleycoinsauction@gmail.com if you are going to send a check or money order so we do not withdraw funds from your credit card.
Though we try to describe all items accurately, we will not be held responsible for cataloging errors. Absentee bidding is permitted by phone, fax, email, or mail. Absentee bids are due 24 hours prior to the auction. Absentee bids may be faxed to 630-836-0080. All bidders must register and provide ID prior to viewing lots.
Items won will be shipped using the US Postal Service, all items will be shipped via insured or registered mail. Shipping charges are subject to change depending on size and weight. The auction company will notify bidder with the increase difference.
BUYERS PREMIUM: All successful bids are charged a Buyers Premium. Payment options are Credit Card, Cash, Cashiers Check, Money Order, or Pre-Approved Personal Check.
By bidding in this auction, the buyer agrees to hold FOX VALLEY COINS, INC.; FOX VALLEY COIN AUCTIONS; IT’S EMPLOYEES AND OWNERS and AUCTIONEER harmless for any numismatic item graded, un-graded, certified or un-certified or described by a third party grading service and presented as any lot within this catalog. Announcements day of the sale take precedence over any printed material. All bid sheets must be signed. All terms and conditions must be accepted, when bidding in this Auction. Floor bidders take precedence over absentee bids. Auctioneer reserves the right to set bidding increments. Shipping, handling & postal insurance will be added for all lots delivered by mail.
