Is written to the Dean of the Womens Medical College in Philadelphia as a letter of recommendation of a woman he knows who is wanting to attend medical school there. He has signed the letter J. Marion Sims and also signed the envelope Dr. J.M. Sims. Very hard to find autograph and is guaranteed 100% to be authentic.
