However, buyer’s paying by Cash, Bank Wire Transfer, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or Checks with a valid letter of guarantee as payment will receive a 3% discount on all purchases.

We do everything possible to make our auctions fair and transparent. Please read the following information before you bid and buy.
All prospective buyers must be at least 18 years old and are required to register with Vegas Valley Auctions prior to bidding. By using the bid number, the bidder acknowledges he has received, read, understands and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the auction either on the bidders agreement or posted at the auction facility or online.
The bidder offering the highest bid accepted by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser of the offered lot and no purchaser shall retract his bid. Purchaser accepts a lot when he makes a bid. All sales are final.
Invoices will be posted within 48 hours of the close of the auction. All sales are final. Items are sold as is, with no warranty expressed or implied. We will try to describe the merchandise to the best of our ability, but it's up to the bidder to be the sole judge of value. The bidder will be held responsible for their bid. All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. Your credit card will be charged for the following: your purchases, buyer’s premiums, shipping and handling fees and applicable taxes. Shipping will be charged after the cost is determined. A pre-auction authorization will be performed to establish available credit. Nothing will be charged to the card unless a purchase is made. There will be a $50.00 fee for all declined credit cards. Credit card charge backs are not accepted. We are not responsible for lost and stolen items. If you want insurance on your items please contact the auction the night of the sale and request it at the buyer’s expense.
Bidder agrees to be responsible for the payment of the purchase price, auctioneer's fees, any applicable DMV fees, and taxes due on all of bidders purchases. The auction terms and agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state of Nevada, and any action hereunder against auctioneer shall be commenced in the state of Nevada.
If an Auction item has to be resold due to nonpayment, the original purchaser relinquishes all rights to the item and, their bidding privilege will be suspended.
All items are sold as is where is without any guarantee or warranty expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise of any nature whatsoever in respect of the lots offered at the auction. Specifically, but without limitation, Auctioneer makes no representation or warranty that any of the lots conform to any standard in respect of safety, pollution or hazardous material, or fit for any particular purpose. The Auctioneers, sellers or any member of their staff make no guarantee as to the authenticity, of any particular age, year of manufacture, model, make, mileage, hour, condition, or defect of any lot or item being sold. Bidders are encouraged to make their own physical inspection and rely solely on that inspection before bidding. Failure to inspect does not negate that bidder’s responsibility to perform under the auction terms and conditions.
The Auction Catalog has been prepared as a guide, and should be used as a guide only. Although the descriptions are believed to be correct, its accuracy cannot be guaranteed or warranted. The bidder acknowledges that all auction items are available for inspection prior to the auction and it is the bidder’s responsibility to have inspected the item before bidding. No sale shall be invalidated; nor shall auctioneers be liable as a result of defects or inaccuracy of any lot.
All items must be paid for in full the day of the auction. Buyers cannot remove their purchases from the auction site until their invoice is paid in full. All items must be removed from the auction site within 4 days after the auction. Load out will be available starting one hour after the conclusion of the sale until 6pm PST the day of sale and from 8am-6pm PST for the 4 days following the sale. Any exceptions to the load out time frame must be approved in writing by Vegas Valley Auctions. Buyers or agents of buyers including; shippers, employees, etc. will be required to present a valid identification and a paid invoice before handling or removing an item from the auction site. Removal of all items shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Loader assistance may be provided, and there may be a charge of labor and fuel; however, purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility for loading and removal of purchases. Vegas Valley Auctions reserves the right to require proof of adequate insurance coverage from any purchaser for items requiring dismantling, rigging or hot cutting. Purchaser agrees to indemnify and save harmless both, Consignors and Auctioneer, it officers, directors, employees, agents, and attorneys against any damage caused by the acts of purchaser. All items must be removed from the auction location within 4 days of the auction date. If for any reason purchaser fails to remove any purchases within the time specified, the purchase shall be deemed abandoned. The Auctioneer at its sole discretion may resell the items. Purchaser shall be liable for any rent incurred or damaged suffered by Auctioneer because of purchaser’s failure to remove any item. Failure to remove items will result in a rental/storage fee of not less the $25 per item per day.
